Hotel Santa Maria

The location is good, however, I have to be honest with some details that are inexcusable, it seems to me that the administration or management of this hotel has not renewed or invested in the quality of its guests' experience. I want to first mention that I travel every week to different destinations nationwide for work, I stay in hotels of different categories. Below I describe everything I found: - The rooms do not have heating, the temperature drops close to 0®C. - Heating installation has an additional cost per night, which I think should be included in the rate paid. - The decoration and attention to detail of the room are below average. - The bed mattress is a rock, it feels like it has been used for many many years, the springs are expired, I have woken up with back and neck pain. - The pillows are hard and uncomfortable. - The internet signal does not reach the room, neither does the network of course nor Movistar. What a bad experience, the owners should consider that the quality of their clients' sleep is a must and they should understand that people need to rest well. The price per night of this hotel exceeds S/200.00. The location is very good, but what was mentioned above detracts from it.

A very pleasant colonial atmosphere, the rooms and all the service in general very good, it is very close to the main square and other tourist places, the facilities are beautiful and comfortable

We stayed with my cousin for two nights. At first the height was a little bad for us, but the service at the hotel was great, very attentive to us, the room was very comfortable, and the hotel is also very close to the main square. The next day we had the tour very early and we didn't have time to go to breakfast, so they brought us something to the room and even prepared a snack for us to take with us and eat. Really great attention!

The hotel staff always showed great kindness and were willing to help with anything we needed. Excellent location, very close to the main square and very good restaurant and cafe options. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

It is a hotel located one block from the main square. The room we had is at the front with a nice view and balcony. The beds are comfortable - The negative point of the hotel is the cleanliness of the room and the bathrooms, the cleanliness is terrible and that damages the entire experience. They tried to justify that the bathrooms were old and it is not an issue of old age, the bathroom may be old but if it is clean there is no complaint.
