"Recommend take uber or taxi to locale. The walk from Plaza Armas is approx 6 minutes but hilly and traffic both foot + car traffic is heavy. The hotel is an uphill climb as is all of the city. The doors open to a small court yard. To your left and right are schools. Just walk straight on and ring the door buzzer. They buzz the door open very promptly. If the court yard door is closed there is a door buzzer reachable from the sidewalk. Breakfast is made to order eggs, bread, good coffee + 3 types of juice. Owner + family are friendly + helpful. Room had a kettle + temperature control. Family speaks english. Enjoyed my stay."

"The owner was taking care of breakfast and baggage when we traveled elsewhere. Breakfasts are fine, they could be bigger and more diverse (every day baking, a little butter, a little jam, 3 ham and cheese for two people and a mini portion of eggs). Paper cups were usually, but there were no available glasses, cutters to use in the room.
When we checked, no one was in, but fortunately there was a guide who contacted the owner.
The room is quite cool but there is an electric heater, so we had a very warm. The bathroom is a little, the shower boils a little water so the bathroom is wet.
Cosmetics sets available.
Beautiful view of Cusco panorama 🙌🏻
Good quality ratio to price."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, and the restaurant is unbeatable. I didn't give it a 5/5 because I went for my birthday and wasn't given any gifts, even though I specified them at check-in.
HHappyfeet31We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!!! Top notch in service from check-in to check out. Kudos to Enrique who demonstrate an excellent service and Jesus who explain very well about the hotel and room amenities. They are always accommodating when you need help. Best location in Cusco. Will definitely book again this hotel when I come back to Cusco.
AAnonymous UserThis is the style I want. You can pet alpacas for free. But the room lighting is too dim, which is a bit uncomfortable. Then on the day of arrival, something went wrong and the hotel couldn't find my order. A young man at the front desk of the hotel actually said it was not his fault. Who is discussing right and wrong with you? As an employee of a luxury hotel, you should patiently help guests solve problems! It is recommended that the hotel strengthen service awareness training to deserve the title of luxury hotel. The service of other employees is still good. Special praise for Ctrip's customer service, who quickly helped me solve the problem.
WWandaMy flight got cancelled very last minutes and luckily I was able to book this hotel. I have stay in both Hilton garden inn and Wyndham hotel while I was in Cusco and I think Cooper Hotel is at par with both hotel mention above at cleanliness, location and attentive service. The egg omelette is cooked perfectly 👍🏼. If I ever return to Cusco, I will book Cooper hotel again
朱朱Very good living experience. First of all, the location is very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Sun Temple without turning around. The facade is ordinary but the rooms are very clean, with separate bathrooms, similar to the design of youth hostels, which makes the price/performance ratio quite high. Especially the hot water is very good. It is too comfortable to take a shower after a day of play. Unfortunately, there is no sofa in the room. The owner may want to chat together in the common room on the first floor.
The most worth mentioning is that the owner and his wife are very nice, warm and considerate, and communicate in both English and Spanish. I am very relieved and comfortable living there.
Pure hand-playing, five-star recommendation
징징징아웃Women with weak physical strength can be a little tired when staying. (Located in a high place.) But for those with a very good view and good physical strength, it seems to be a suitable exercise.
Above all, it was so nice to feel that the owner Angelica was really kind and nice :)
NNAOHIKO HASEGAWAThis hotel is located on the corner of Plaza de Armas and has the best location in Cusco. The room was well cleaned. The staff were all kind and friendly. On the day of our early morning departure to Machu Picchu, they gave us a lunch box for breakfast. They called a taxi to the airport and the price was fixed, so we felt at ease. And above all, the breakfast on the terrace overlooking Plaza de Armas was the best time.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good in terms of environment and hygiene. The location is halfway up the mountain. To get to the Plaza de Armas, you have to walk up a steep slope and then a short stretch. So if you like quietness, sitting in the hotel and watching the scenery is a good choice. But if you have to travel every day, it will be a bit hard to get back to the hotel, so of course you can take a taxi. The photos of the hotel are archived. The big slope is the one at the entrance.
DDamjanThe best hotel I have ever seen. Friendly people, friendly service, quiet location and great breakfast thanks to Mrs. Carina; they also always give good information. Thank you for everything and may God always take care of you! Damian from Germany
OOlgaIn a very good place, baggage can be left indelibly for storage, breakfast is certainly not rich, but we stayed for the night, ate eggs, boutiques, bananas, coffee. fur on the recepshen. on the photo looks better than in living, but for this price is actually normal. But it is very cold!!!!!! (but it is everywhere as I understand) and that you have to take a shower you have to drop the water 5-6 min)
