"This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved."

"This was my first time staying at your hotel, and I'd like to thank Mark for arranging the room. The dinner buffet was rich and delicious, and the breakfast buffet was even better! It's a shame it rained, so I couldn't visit many places. I'll definitely book Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 again next time."

"The room was fantastic, with two very comfortable queen-sized beds. Although the room was a bit old, the facilities were well-maintained and everything was in good condition. The staff, especially Zhao, Rosie, and Lucy at the front desk, were super friendly and provided excellent service. They arranged a great room for us that overlooked The Londoner from the Southern Art building – highly recommend!"

"Beautiful rooms and facilities, but inconsistent service Pros: The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The swimming pools were excellent, and towels were provided there. The room also included slippers, bathrobes and four complimentary bottles of water. Two additional bottles were available for MOP 26, although Nelson kindly explained that guests can simply ask for more complimentary water if needed. A special thank-you to Nelson, who was the best member of staff we met. He helped us with our luggage, explained in detail the easiest way to travel to Hong Kong, escorted us to the bus and assisted us with many other things during our stay. His service was genuinely outstanding. Cons: Before arrival, we contacted the hotel about my son’s birthday and were promised room decorations. At reception, we were again told that the room would be decorated later, but unfortunately nothing was arranged at all. This was very disappointing, especially because the decoration had been confirmed in advance. The cash deposit also took around 30 minutes to be returned after checkout. The hotel itself is enormous and can feel like a maze; during a short stay, it is quite difficult to understand how to navigate the building and surrounding complex. Overall, the rooms, view and facilities were excellent, but the service was inconsistent. Nelson personally made our stay much better."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a nice view. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities, like the pool, were well-maintained and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is a bit quieter and a little further from the busiest tourist areas, but the main attractions are easily accessible by taxi or public transport. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Booked this hotel for a summer trip to Macau with my best friend. We got a double bed, and I was so surprised by how comfortable it was! The facilities are super new, and you can just lie in bed and enjoy the full lake view and Macau city nightscape – the ambiance is absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and clean, making for a really comfortable stay. The front desk and cleaning staff were gentle and attentive, and they responded quickly to any requests. The location is convenient for getting around, and directly facing the Macau lake, the views for photos are incredible. Room comfort was top-notch, and the huge infinity pool was fantastic for pictures, every shot looked amazing! 🤭✌️ It's a shame that this room type is so popular and often fully booked, but I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau!"

"Perfect score for Altira Macau! It was our wedding anniversary, and after we made a note, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room with balloons. The whole room was warm, romantic, and instantly gave us that celebratory feeling – a delightful surprise and so comforting. The service exceeded our expectations in its attentiveness. They proactively added an extra bed for our child free of charge and thoughtfully delivered a delicate mini-cake and a fresh fruit platter. Every little detail was incredibly heartwarming, and we were truly touched. The room itself was spacious and grand, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured an extra-large round bathtub, big enough for two people to soak in! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Macau's cityscape and ocean, making the experience incredibly comfortable. We could even watch the night view from the sofa. The mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and there was plenty of space for our family. Overall, the service was gentle and meticulous, and the facilities were luxurious and comfortable. It's our top choice for an anniversary family trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Macau!"

The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."
