"The hotel's location is good, and I specifically booked a room with a fireworks view, which was quite nice for watching the fireworks. The only thing I need to emphasize is the extremely low efficiency of the front desk staff. I just needed a beer opener, and I waited at least 3 hours. During that time, I called numerous times to follow up, and in the end, they gave me a wine opener. Then, they had to check again to see if they even had a beer opener before they could reply to me. It really spoiled my mood. Additionally, the payment methods for the hotel's room service are very unfriendly; many require Macau bank accounts or credit cards, and there's a MOP$2 plastic bag levy for each dish. That night, the restaurant was booked for a private event, so no one delivered food to the room. The service was very disappointing."

"My friend told me this is a newly opened hotel, so I specifically brought my family to experience it, and overall satisfaction is very good. 1. The service attitude is amazing! The greeters are very enthusiastic, always opening the car doors when we get in and out, and helping with luggage during check-in. The butler also has WeChat and responds quickly, which is convenient for mainland guests. 2. The room is super spacious, perfect for a family. However, there's only one shower, which can be inconvenient if four people are staying. 3. The privacy is excellent; each elevator is dedicated, so you won't encounter other guests. 4. The pool and hot springs environment is very nice. The pool isn't heated and is a bit cold, but the hot springs are fantastic. The hotel is currently in its soft opening phase. The location is a bit secluded, and some facilities, like the gym, are not yet open. Also, there's no edible ice, and I heard from the staff that it's been broken for a few days and hasn't been fixed. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied overall; the minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience."

I also checked out the famous old-school 'Mok Yi Kei' (dessert shop), truly experiencing the vibrant local flavor and culinary charm of Macau. 3. **Service and Facilities:** Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, allowing for a truly restful stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The views, environment, and surrounding convenience all exceeded expectations, offering excellent value for money! I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau!"

The bathroom has a double-sink marble design, with a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower, so there's no waiting around to get ready. However, it's noticeable that after a few years of use, there's a slight feeling of wear and tear. The only minor drawbacks: the hotel is massive with many rooms and floors, so finding your way can be a bit confusing. Its location at the southern end of Taipa means you need to take a shuttle bus to places like Rua do Cunha or The Venetian. Overall, it's perfect for a vacation or family trip – quiet and not noisy, with photography and dining all taken care of in one place."

The hotel is super convenient to get to, with a wide variety of free shuttle routes connecting to the border gates and airport, making travel very affordable. Plus, there are internal walkways directly linking to The Venetian and The Londoner, making it incredibly easy to explore the resort complex. The staff were generally warm and polite; they patiently answered all my questions about directions and shuttle schedules. "The location is a bit close to the East Asian Games Dome. A taxi from Macau Airport costs around 60 MOP. It's about a 13-15 minute walk from the Grand Lisboa Palace, but if you're not familiar with the area, be aware that there are slopes and you can't just cross the road anywhere. If you have a lot of luggage or small children, just take a taxi! Check-in was smooth. I was worried about the room card, so I didn't book through an agent. I really liked the highest room type! It has a 'hui' character layout with a three-part bathroom for privacy, and the sofa bed in the living room can be opened with bedding provided! They gave us a birthday cake upon check-in and plenty of bottled water. We also received skip-the-line tickets for the Wynn Palace gondola, a voucher for MaMi Egg Waffles, two 50 MOP Angel's Cafe vouchers, and a shopping mall discount booklet! You can get 20% off go-karting and souvenirs! Business was good, and they allowed a late checkout until 12 PM. Express checkout and free luggage storage were also available! Although there's no casino, there are shuttle buses to Wynn Palace, but airport buses are less frequent! Our room type included three breakfasts, but if yours doesn't, you can find a better deal on Dianping for group-buy breakfasts! The room was quiet and clean! Perfect for adult children traveling with their parents!"

I've always had a good impression of the Grand Hyatt, finding it to be a high-end hotel with a strong sense of design, so my expectations were quite high before checking in. However, after actually checking in, I felt that some of the facilities were indeed showing their age. For example, the toilet showed noticeable wear and tear, with clear signs of use, making it feel old and a bit dirty overall. I even forgot to take photos at the time. Other areas of the bathroom were actually quite nice, but the bathing and shower areas weren't completely separated, which made using them a bit awkward. Overall, the hotel still retains its design aesthetic, but the maintenance of the hardware definitely needs improvement. The floor we stayed on was also great, offering views of other hotels in the vicinity."
