"I did a lot of research beforehand, and it turns out everything was as I hoped. The location is fantastic, right outside the pedestrian street, yet the room was quiet. The front desk staff, seeing that I had elderly companions, specially arranged a quieter room and even escorted us there after check-in. The breakfast was also good. It's very close to the pier, and across the way is the Prince City, which is worth a visit, especially with kids. Climbing Duxiu Peak offers a superb view. Just remember to use the underground passage; I didn't notice it and ended up walking a long way around. The best thing about the hotel is the service; everyone I encountered was warm, polite, and very professional."

"The room offered a beautiful view of the Twin Towers at night, which was absolutely stunning. The room itself was very spacious and well-equipped. The service was also excellent, with staff providing lots of helpful travel advice. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street and East-West Alley, perfect for those who enjoy evening strolls. We also tried the foot massage and the Sky Restaurant, and our child participated in a traditional handicraft workshop, all of which were great experiences. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Guilin."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center, yet it's surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep! They also arrange parking, which was incredibly convenient as we didn't have to search for a spot ourselves. In the evening, it was super easy to walk to attractions like Shan Lake, the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and East and West Alley – most were just a pleasant 5-10 minute stroll away. The lobby offered freshly brewed Luo Han Guo tea, and the front desk staff, noticing we had sore throats, even gifted us some upon checkout – so thoughtful! Our room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. While it's not a brand-new hotel, you can tell it's very well-maintained. There's also a self-service laundry room and a restaurant upstairs. The breakfast had a great variety, and the Guilin rice noodles were particularly delicious! Overall, a really good experience!"

The pedestrian street is right behind it, making for a pleasant stroll to Jiefang Bridge after dinner in the evening. I absolutely have to give Mila a five-star review! She was incredibly patient during our discussions, listened attentively to my ideas, and offered appropriate suggestions. She's meticulous and responsible, handling every detail perfectly."

"Our first stop in Guangxi was the Atour Hotel, and it was a fantastic choice! The location is superb, right on the pedestrian street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's nestled right within the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helped us, as first-time visitors from afar, immediately get comfortable with the surroundings. Even though we only stayed one night, it left a lasting impression. Highly recommended!"

The Two Rivers & Four Lakes Scenic Area, restaurants, cafés, shopping streets, and many of the city’s top attractions are all within easy walking distance. We couldn’t have chosen a better location. 🏊 Stunning Rooftop Infinity Pool The rooftop infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking. Swimming while enjoying panoramic views of the Li River and Guilin’s spectacular mountain landscape was one of the most memorable moments of our stay. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotel pools we’ve ever experienced. 🍜 Breakfast with an Incredible View Every morning began with a delicious breakfast overlooking the Li River and the surrounding karst mountains. The food was excellent, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the beautiful scenery made every breakfast feel special. 🛏️ Beautiful Rooms The room was spacious, spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. ❤️ Exceptional Hospitality The staff were among the friendliest we’ve met during our travels. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and always happy to help. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. 🎣 Authentic Local Experiences This hotel offers so much more than just a place to stay. One of our favorite experiences was traditional riverside fishing with cormorants, which was both relaxing and uniquely local. We also loved the Chinese calligraphy class, children’s craft activities, and the complimentary traditional costume photoshoot with three beautifully edited photos included. 👨👩👧👦 Perfect for Families Our children loved the spacious indoor playroom and all the activities prepared by the hotel. "The front desk lady was super friendly. She thoughtfully arranged for our five rooms to be on the same floor, in a row, which made it really convenient for us to look after our family. The hotel's location is excellent, and the decor has a lovely Mediterranean style. It offers great value for money, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The breakfast was abundant and featured Guilin rice noodles – you could have them in soup or mixed – along with crispy roast pork and a generous self-serve selection of condiments. Turn right when you leave the hotel, and you'll find Gate 3 of Elephant Trunk Hill Park and the Sun and Moon Pagodas right there. Turn left, and you're at the pedestrian street. Getting around is incredibly easy. Highly recommend for exploring Guilin city!👍🏻"

Exploring ancient alleys, slurping rice noodles, and trying various local snacks were all within walking distance, no need to bother with taxis. A delightful surprise was the floor-to-ceiling window offering panoramic views. I could take in the Lijiang River, Jiefang Bridge, and Xiaoyao Tower all from the comfort of my room! The entire room was equipped with smart voice control, making everything convenient and hassle-free. It really enhanced the relaxed holiday vibe; I could adjust the lighting and open/close the curtains just by speaking. The rooftop terrace offered expansive views. I could snap photos of both Xiaoyao Tower and the Lijiang River without having to wait in crowds."

We stayed in a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the Li River and the karst peaks. Opening the window was like stepping into a Guilin landscape painting, with misty clouds in the morning and absolutely breathtaking views.
