"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! ⭐️ The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. Even though they didn’t really speak English, they still made a great effort to assist us whenever we needed help. Really appreciate their patience and hospitality! 🙌🏻 For Muslim travellers, halal food is available around the area, but most halal restaurants are not within walking distance. You’ll need to take a DiDi to get to them, so it’s something to keep in mind when choosing this hotel. Other than that, the view from the hotel is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel! 👍🏻"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the South Gate of the ancient city, surrounded by a food street. Taxis and food delivery services are easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable, and the bedding is clean and just right. I booked two rooms, and both mine and my children's were great; the bedding wasn't damp at all and felt very comfortable. The hotel's interior environment is fantastic, and they even provide free clothes for photo ops – my family was taking pictures until past 10 PM on our check-in night. The breakfast is exquisite, and the taste perfectly suited for someone from northern China like me; I'd have two bowls of rice noodles every day until I was stuffed! Finally, the staff's service attitude and enthusiasm were exceptionally good and diligent. This hotel is highly recommended."

"Absolutely loved our stay here! ❤️ The receptionist was incredibly sweet and kind. Despite her petite size, she insisted on carrying our luggage to the room, and even before we arrived, she helped arrange our station pick-up and drop-off. Such thoughtful hospitality! The room was exceptionally beautiful, aesthetic, minimal, and had everything we needed. The staff were attentive throughout our stay, reminding us about breakfast and treating us to afternoon tea and even a lovely good-night sweet soup. The property itself is so peaceful, with a mini garden, beautiful patio, laundry facilities, zen pool, and a stunning mountain backdrop. It felt like a retreat for people like us running away from busy life.. slow paced and relaxing. And their cute doggies and fluffy cat, they seem to guard us around 😘. And the breakfast and afternoon tea were the absolute highlights! Everything was so carefully prepared and beautifully done. They’ve definitely set my standards much higher! 😍 Would happily return and highly recommend this place!"

"Our lake-view room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bedding was soft, and we slept soundly and peacefully through the night. On a clear day, the Erhai Lake view was absolutely stunning. Tracy helped us keep an eye on the room status beforehand and was very quick to respond to our requests. The location is very convenient; there's parking available if you're driving, making it easy to get in and out of Xiaguan urban area. After dinner, we enjoyed a pleasant walk to Xingsheng Bridge!"

"Atmosphere: The sea view is stunning, offering different sunrise and sunset views every day from every angle. Facilities: Well-equipped, the host even provided daily replenished disposable toiletries, a powerful hairdryer, and a wet/dry bathroom setup. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. The cleaning staff cleaned daily, and the room was odor-free. Service: The butler service was attentive and responsive. Public areas were elegant and clean with pleasant diffusers, and there was a self-service area for water and amenities."

"I brought my child to Dali to relax after their exams, and we booked a lake-view room on the second floor. Initially, I was worried the view might be poor due to the low floor, but those worries were completely unfounded! The floor-to-ceiling windows framed the entire lake and mountains like a natural painting. We had a panoramic view of the clear sky, blue water, distant mountains, and green trees. The swing inside the room was a huge hit with my child; they spent half the day on it. We didn't have to rush our itinerary; we just slowly enjoyed the breeze and watched the shimmering lake, experiencing a rare, leisurely pace of life. The room was clean and bright, with refreshing marble floors, and opening the window revealed a healing lake view. My child completely relaxed and shed all the fatigue from exam preparation. The hotel environment is thoughtfully designed, tranquil and restorative – it's definitely our top choice for family trips. We'll be back for our next vacation!"

The stone flooring is absolutely beautiful, and the interior design extensively uses solid wood and natural stone, giving it a simple yet sophisticated feel. The public areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing Erhai Lake. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom fixtures are meticulously chosen, allowing you to enjoy the scenery even while soaking in the tub. The service is thoughtful and discreet. It's a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a getaway. Watching the lake and clouds from the room is incredibly relaxing. Definitely my top choice for a stay in Dali, highly recommended."

"I stayed here for 3 nights, and it truly felt like a home away from home. On the first day, I took a taxi from Dali High-Speed Railway Station. After getting out, I looked around but still couldn't find the guesthouse. Left with no other choice, I called the guesthouse's front desk, and a female staff member answered. I asked her for directions and how to get there. Before I could finish, she appeared behind me. It turned out I was right at the entrance of the guesthouse's alley, but the sign wasn't very noticeable. Without a word, she helped us with our luggage, which I felt bad about but was also very touched by. Afterward, she helped us check in and then meticulously explained all the facilities and important notes. The entire guesthouse's environment and design are absolutely beautiful, perfectly matching the pictures on the platform. The amenities in the room completely exceeded my expectations. It felt like they had brought everything from home here; almost anything you could want was provided. The pillows came in both soft and firm options, which completely solved any sleep issues. What impressed me the most was how truly slip-resistant the bathroom floor was. As for the staff, they are a group of energetic young people who provided excellent service. Regarding breakfast, although the choices weren't extensive, everything was prepared with care and provided a perfectly hearty meal to start the day. Finally, a small suggestion: there's a small step at the room entrance. I recommend putting up a 'caution: step' sign or some other small reminder to prevent guests from tripping and falling.
