To my surprise, it exceeded all my expectations! Hygiene, environment, service, and facilities all scored a perfect 5, making it the highlight of my trip. 【About the Room and View】 As described during booking, I stayed in a room with club lounge access. The moment I opened the door, I was truly amazed – a huge floor-to-ceiling window directly overlooked Sakurajima volcano! Whether it was watching the volcano faintly appear through the morning mist or admiring the city lights come alive in the evening, this view was absolutely breathtaking. The room's interior design was modern and simple with excellent natural light. Staying in such a spacious environment by myself instantly lifted my spirits. 【About Facilities and Service】 As someone meticulous about details, the hotel's cleanliness put me completely at ease; every corner was spotless. - Gym: The equipment was new and comprehensive. Running on the treadmill while enjoying the view outside made the workout feel effortless. - Club Lounge: This was a major highlight of my stay! The environment was elegant and quiet, offering not only comfortable sofa areas for relaxing and reading but also dedicated dining areas and a bar. For a solo traveler like me, it provided both a sense of social security and the freedom of personal space. 【Highly Recommended: Natural Onsen and Foot Bath 🛁】 This was definitely the biggest bonus of my stay! The hotel has its own natural onsen, which is a savior for travelers who have been walking all day. The most thoughtful touch was the outdoor foot bath. If you're traveling alone like me or are a bit shy about public large onsens, this foot bath is absolutely perfect! Sitting on the wooden steps, soaking your feet in the warm spring water, and looking up at the indoor garden scenery – the feeling of relaxation is truly indescribable. What I liked -Great location with easy access to nearby shopping malls. -The bathroom has a big bathtub, which was perfect for soaking and relaxing after a long day. -Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. What could be better -The room is quite compact, especially the leg room around the bed. It feels a little cramped. -Parking can be frustrating. Although there's a car park next to the building, it's often difficult to find an available space.

The hotel is centrally located near Tenmonkan shopping area, around 2-3 bus stops away from Kagoshima-Chuo station. (May take a while to walk) The room is comfortable and clean, and room space is surprisingly decent for 2 ppl with opened luggage. Wifi signal is not the strongest but acceptable. There's also public onsen available which is good

This hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of the Tenmonkan area, with the tram stop directly in front. It's walking distance to the bustling downtown and plenty of restaurants, so exploring and dining out was a breeze. The hotel and rooms felt new and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The artificial carbonated hot spring in the public bath was fantastic for soothing away travel fatigue. I especially enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor, with amazing views of Sakurajima while savoring dishes made with local ingredients. The staff were also very attentive and polite. Overall, I'd say this is a highly satisfying hotel.

Perfect stay away from home . Spacious room with kitchenette and washer dryer .room was well maintained and really clean . Beddings were from Simmons and it was so comfortable to sleep in . Location was walking distance to Amu plaza and train station . Love this property !

5mins' walk to Kagoshimachuo Station. Could hear trains passing by now and then but it doesn't really affect sleep. Polite staff. We stayed for two nights and got slightly different breakfast options each morning which is a plus!

Slightly dated hotel but very value for money; Hotel staff were very helpful and professional; Room has proper desk to work with (and LAN port); Room wifi was okay; Has a decent public bath; Location is a 10minute walk down the road from the busy tenmonkan street where all the food and activities happen (or 1 tram stop away); It’s also 3 tram stops away from main train station kagoshimachuo. Located at the intersection of 2 tram lines, which can be convenient when getting back to the hotel (just need to get the tram direction correct)

It's quite good, perfect for one person, and it has a separate wet and dry area, perfect for smoking. Although there are some stains, I like the style. Those who don't like it will be charged a fee. The service is good, but you need to leave your key at the front desk before leaving. It's close to Central Station.

The hotel is located in the Planetarium area, with an airport bus stop directly diagonally opposite. It's also just over a 10-minute walk to South Pier. Our twin room was a decent size, with enough space to open two 28-inch suitcases. The room offered a good view, but unfortunately, the windows don't open. In the bathroom, the water pressure was strong and the drain worked well, but the water temperature was a bit hard to adjust, fluctuating between hot and cold. There's a lip into the bathroom that felt a bit wobbly, so care is needed when stepping on it. The bathtub's material and design weren't ideal, which older guests should particularly note. The surrounding area offers plenty of shopping and dining options. Sukiya is right next door, and there's a well-established unagi (eel rice) restaurant nearby that serves delicious food. The hotel's cleanliness was alright, but I did find some hair. It seems the standards aren't quite comparable to what they were years ago when local staff were responsible for room upkeep, a difference perhaps influenced by the increasing presence of foreign workers in many cities. The front desk is on the second floor, and most services are semi-self-service, with self-service luggage lockers available.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The interior of the hotel is very clean. There is breakfast service and the hotel is located near the Tenmonkan shopping street. I really recommend everyone to stay here for one night.
