The hotel is right next to the planetarium, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it super easy to get anywhere. We were also given a great floor with an amazing view. If I ever come back to Kagoshima, I'd definitely stay here again.

Next time I'll book earlier, as the larger rooms were all gone, so I had to settle for a smaller one, and I couldn't even properly unpack. Everything else was great, and breakfast was absolutely fantastic!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is very close to the Tenmonkan station, and there's a lively commercial street. You can take the Kagoshima-Airport bus from the airport to the hotel.

This was my second time booking QUINTESSA HOTEL, the Room always nice clean, receptionist very helpful and the others staffs also kindly with smiles, this added another wonderful memory to our holiday.

Good location. V near to tram station and shoping areas with many good food around. Also near to daiso and don don donki. Walk 5 mins opp the street u hv the airport bus straight to airport. Very efficient. The bedroom with bunk bed v nice for 4 pax and families. They even have bath salts, coffee and microwave at lobby

The room is spacious, but the bathroom is small. Since the check-in and check-out processes are self-service, we didn’t need to interact with the staff. The check-in area is well designed and comfortable. However, there is a smoking area on the same floor, which might be a concern for some guests.
