Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani Venice

An absolutely excellent hotel, the best one I stayed at during my European trip. The room decor was very high-end and stylish. They even prepared champagne and desserts for us as we were on our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch. It's within walking distance of Venezia Santa Lucia train station, and there's a water taxi stop right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel also helped us book a taxi directly to Marco Polo Airport, which cost 160 Euros and got us there in just 15 minutes. Since we had an early morning flight and couldn't make it to breakfast, the hotel thoughtfully packed some snacks, fruit, and yogurt for us to take on the go.

Facilities: Newly renovated and great. Cleanliness: Excellent. Location: Very convenient by the canal. Service: Great. The canal-side view is lovely, and the newly renovated facilities are generally very good. It's also easy to walk to St. Mark's Square, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave us a warm, thorough introduction to our room. Our room featured high ceilings, and the balcony offered lovely views of the river.

Overall, the hotel was superb. The staff were professional and incredibly attentive. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and a water taxi stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel. I'll definitely be back here on my next visit to Venice!

Excellent location – close to tourist attractions, but not on a noisy street. Directly opposite the hotel is a vaporetto stop for the airport, which is very convenient for arrival or departure. There's also a pleasant small gym for working out.

The hotel surprised our birthday child with a cake and candles. What a thoughtful and unexpected touch!

The hotel was decent, just a bit smaller than I expected. The service was okay; they weren't overly friendly, but it was perfectly adequate. Overall, it was fine.
