Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza hotel (Huaqiangbei Metro Station)

The hotel service is excellent, and it's close to Huaqiangbei with a subway station right downstairs, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was very clean and tidy. The front desk service was particularly thoughtful, especially Shao Yi Du, Xiao Teng, and Carter, who were all very attentive. After checking out, they helped me store my luggage and even suggested nearby attractions. This was a truly wonderful stay!

The hotel's location is great, conveniently close to the Evolution Gun. The small 'du shaoyi' and the 'liana teng' children's clothing downstairs are both classic and very fun. Plus, there's a subway station downstairs, making transportation super convenient. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, they even gave out mooncakes and gifts, which was a very pleasant surprise. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby, and my favorite is Haihui Xailai. There are also many shopping malls for hanging out.

I'd like to give a special shout-out to Manager Yang and Xiao Teng at the front desk; they were both incredibly enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations during check-in. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and tidy. We even received a beautiful Mid-Autumn Festival gift box with mooncakes upon arrival!

Great location. The corner room on the 30th floor was excellent. Large and spacious with a super view of the city.

High-floor rooms offer great views, and the automatic curtains are a nice touch. The city night view is unobstructed, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light, which is super 👍. They provided plenty of Jing Tian bottled water, and the service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. They even specially delivered toiletries and slippers 🩴 for the kids. It was a fantastic stay!

An excellent experience! The hotel lobby is spotless, and the room is very clean; the cleaning staff did a very thorough job. Xiaotong, a guest service agent at the front desk, provided very attentive service. She gave a detailed introduction during check-in and helped with a late check-out. During our stay, she also gave us a box of mooncakes, for which we are very grateful. If I have another chance, I will definitely bring my family to stay here again. Xiao Zheng provided excellent service – check-out was very fast. The room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, with a market and restaurants downstairs. The food was also good. The hotel environment and room hygiene were decent. I had to get an invoice a couple of days later; they were all electronic invoices. They helped me split an invoice and also sent a copy to my email.

The hotel's location is excellent, with shopping and dining options conveniently nearby. The room's amenities are great, and Xiao Teng at the front desk was very friendly and even helped mail back items I left behind during checkout. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. This is a great choice for business trips, and generally quite good!
