The hotel design was great. Very smoothing and warm feelings. Cleanliness and services are good. Unfortunately, there was a construction going on in front of the hotel and another one close by hotel was also in building construction. It seems like it will take a while. Heavy noise starts early in morning, but night time was fine.
Another comment was the fragrant of body lotion
- too “manly “ smell.
Will come back after the noise are gone in future.

Stayed for 1 night, hotel big enough for a family of 3.
The view was beautiful however, met with a cloudy day. On a sunny day it would be better.
Location from the metro a little bit far as not direct 7-10mins walk.

Yuni, I have a very pleasant experience, the room is nice and comfortable. Cleaner will come and clean the room every night, every thing you need is in the room.

Great hotel with beautiful sea view. The rooms are very clean, friendly staffs and great hospitalities. Definitely will visit there again next time in Shenzhen.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable for me and the shower water pressure was good. The TV only had local channels unlike big chain hotels. The room was big of u compare to HK Japanese standards. The city view was negligible overlooking constructions and shophouses.
The hotel rooms are on the top floors of an office block. There was a McDonald's just 1 minute walk. There is a small mall too. It was too far from the metro and you need didi to get around attractions and popular restaurants.
The breakfast Buffett style and limited but was still good
The issue I had during the stay was that neighbour was smoking and brazen enough to carry the cigarette into the elevator. This is a non smoking hotel.
Also the soundproofing was bad. My neighbour was *********** all night and caused me problem sleeping.

The power Switches in the room: the labels are too small to read . The power sockets are not international. The wash basin is separated and outside the shower room causing inconvenience . One has to walk out if the shower to get the towel: it is very embarrassing if the guests are not married couples but only friends. There is no pen nor writing paper in the room. Not all people use iPads or smart phone to write. The Wifi in the room is poor-connection if the smart phone does not use a local of phone number.

The hotel design is modern and visually appealing. However, I found it to be lacking in user-friendliness. The TV equipment network does not cover all rooms, and it requires a request for installation, resulting in some wasted time. Additionally, I had to change rooms due to a heavy smoke smell. Unfortunately, I had to downgrade my room without any compensation. Despite this, I am understanding and willing to overlook these issues. Overall, the hotel has a nice design, but there are some areas that could be improved for a better experience.

Environment is quite nice and decent. A bit far away from MTR, 10 mins walk.
