ICON LAB Hotel Shenzhen Futian

The hotel has a Japanese-style design throughout, with a clean and tidy environment, and a courtyard-style design on the upper floors. It's overall quiet and elegant, especially peaceful at night, allowing for a very comfortable sleep. I must give a special shout-out to David for the service; he was warm, thoughtful, polite, attentive, and professional, making me feel very at ease.

The rooms might look okay at first glance, but they were actually full of bugs. I got bitten multiple times and was constantly itching, even after returning home. These weren't mosquito bites; they were from other insects! We ended up changing rooms four times. Sometimes, they'd put us in a really bad room because there was nothing else available. It wasn't until the fourth room that we found one that was barely acceptable. The first three were absolutely horrifying, truly terrible rooms with bathtubs right next to the bed. Especially at night, I'd get bitten by bugs. I would never stay at this hotel again; the experience was unbelievably bad.

Lily and David provided excellent and professional service! The environment is elegant, and the room was tidy and clean. The location is very convenient, and they even allowed a late check-out. I will definitely stay here again!
