首先這個房間的價位，我在辦理入住讓交500按金，攜程選擇預付費需要交500按金，0付費先住就不用按金也不用付房費，哈？我理解不了，還有理由是房間有消費品. 什麼消費品，除了兩瓶可憐的礦泉水，連廉價的軟飲都沒有，幾瓶堪比KTV售價20多的紅牛？這個費用住這裡會逃20多的紅牛，我入住了很多同類級別的酒店收按金就沒見過. 酒店地板沙發明顯的污點，地板都是黑斑，沙發上污點清晰可見. 前台陳列的免費品簡陋. 怪不得不如旁邊酒店就這個收費，前台提供的東西還有服務就很差.還有餐飲. 一言難盡

入住深圳濱河時代ICON LAB艾墾酒店真是一次超讚的體驗！🌟 一進大堂，就被那現代感十足的設計吸引住了，燈光柔和，氛圍温馨，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。🛋️
房間更是讓人驚喜，兩張大床鋪得整整齊齊，床單潔白如雪，看起來就超級舒適。🛏️ 浴室設計也很現代，鏡子和洗手枱都超級有範兒，還有那個可愛的熊貓🐼機器人，送東西到房間，科技感滿滿！
早餐自助也是一大亮點，種類豐富，從中式到西式應有盡有，而且味道都很棒！🍳🥐 服務員態度也非常好，總是面帶微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。
總之，這次入住體驗很滿意😊👍

My stay at Icon Lab Hotel was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is fantastic, with a modern design that makes the whole experience even better. It really felt like a home away from home.
Without a doubt, Icon Lab Hotel will be my first choice whenever I visit Shenzhen again.

Lily and David were very helpful and I was impressed with their hospitality and professionalism. Would recommend to stay at this hotel. It is modern and the in room bathtub was great.
