Hotels with Breakfast in Jiaxing

Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

I successfully contacted Grace, our personal butler, before check-in. The bed rail I requested was all set, which was a huge plus ✌. On the day of arrival, she waited patiently under the blazing sun 🥹. After meeting, she even offered to carry my luggage (her small frame held immense energy, I felt so bad!). Check-in at the hotel was seamless. Thanks to Grace's thoughtful arrangements for all our dining and entertainment needs (explaining routes on the map, quickly arranging shuttle services, recommending excellent restaurants, and organizing round-trip gondola rides, everything was perfectly handled). Personally, I think Jintang is the absolute best choice for a family trip, no competition 🫰.

The room was great and comfortable, and it was convenient to get around. I was quite satisfied during my stay; the room facilities were comprehensive. The only minor issue was that the soundproofing might be a bit poor, but other than that, everything else was fine. The hotel service was very thoughtful and attentive. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I highly recommend the Haining Hualuxe Hotel! The front desk service was a pleasant surprise; the staff were all very friendly and smiled throughout, making the check-in process efficient and smooth. They patiently explained all the details about breakfast, the pool, and other amenities, and even offered a welcome tea. When I inquired about using the pool during pregnancy, the staff thoroughly explained the risks and politely informed me of the hotel's policies, showing both professionalism and discretion. They were patient in answering all my questions, and the service was thoughtful and attentive, truly reflecting the quality of a high-end hotel. My stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haining.

The hotel itself is a historic building, meticulously maintained, and perfectly aligned with the Wuzhen culture. It's a joy to explore, and while I couldn't post photos with people in them, it's truly beautiful! The staff were confident and natural in their descriptions when asked questions. The hotel's restaurant is excellent, with delicious food. The included breakfast is portioned per person, but very generous, saving you the hassle of choosing. I have three minor suggestions, which can be disregarded if not appropriate: 1. The shower pressure in my room was a bit low. 2. Given the hotel's excellent location, a 2 PM checkout would be perfect. I imagine many guests coming for a night tour of Wuzhen wouldn't check in so early. 3. The queue for the sculling boat was incredibly long (during a non-weekend in summer). Although it was included in the hotel package, I ended up skipping it. I would have preferred to tour the hotel's grand mansion instead. If the hotel could arrange someone to lead a guided tour and explain its history, I can't imagine how much more valuable that would be.

Lucky me, I got upgraded to a suite with a living room! It's a bit far from the main entrance, but it's quiet, and there's a shuttle, so it's convenient. The breakfast restaurant was absolutely gorgeous, I can't believe I forgot to take pictures! Breakfast itself was also very rich and varied. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible, so huge! Since the weather was cooler, there weren weren't many people swimming. I swam my heart out, enjoying it thoroughly, both at sunset and sunrise. It was incredibly spacious. The colorful tiles sparkled beautifully under the sunlight – truly stunning. There's also a sauna, which was so relaxing. Even the provided bathrobes were comfortable, not that scratchy polyester feel at all.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

A huge shout-out to the two ladies at the front desk – their service was absolutely outstanding! They were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. Not only did they upgrade us to a riverside room free of charge, but they also offered invaluable tips and assistance throughout our stay. Whether it was help with our itinerary, transportation, sightseeing recommendations, or any other small query, they patiently helped us with everything. They truly made us feel at home! Thank you so much for your dedication and lovely smiles, which made our Wuzhen trip even more special. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Wuzhen! The hotel's location is excellent, with the scenic shuttle bus going directly to the hotel. Right outside the hotel, you're in the heart of the scenic area, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The butler was very helpful and assisted with our luggage. Any issues were quickly resolved. The room facilities are a bit old, similar to a guesthouse or inn. The hotel breakfast was average; I wouldn't recommend the outdoor dim sum area for breakfast. It gets crowded and stuffy in the summer, and you have to queue up at each stall to buy your food.

The hotel environment is beautiful, the villa offers great privacy, and it's very quiet. The breakfast selection isn't extensive. For welcome fruit, I received five identical oranges – it's the first time I've ever seen welcome fruit presented like that! Our dinner at the 'Sisui' Chinese restaurant on the first night was included in the hotel's pre-booked package, and both the portion size and quality were good. However, the next day at lunch, we ordered a side of noodles and a bowl of small wontons à la carte, and the portions were tiny. A 48 RMB plate of noodles wasn't enough to fill a normal woman, and the 48 RMB wontons only had six pieces, which were clearly frozen and overcooked to the point of breaking when served. This clearly doesn't meet the hotel's service standards and left a very poor impression on the customer! The hotel's service response was also extremely slow. The safe in our room was broken, and after calling the front desk, it took over an hour for someone to come, and they couldn't even fix it! I had planned to lock my belongings in the safe before going out, but ended up waiting over an hour for someone to try and fix it.
