Waterside Resort

Let me give a very objective review! First off, the hotel's service and overall environment are genuinely excellent. I booked a riverside room, and opening the window revealed the river with weeping willows, and a fresh breeze blowing through. There was absolutely no strange smell in the room, which was also very beautiful and surrounded by quiet. However, the only thing I have to complain about is the TV in the hotel room. It's so low-end, it completely drags down the room's overall quality. It's small and old, feeling like something from a guesthouse. I rarely see TVs like this in hotels anymore. Its placement is also very unreasonable; it's hard to see the screen if you're lying on the other side of the bed! Another point of complaint is the hotel's toiletries. For a room costing almost a thousand, you get two small bottles of toiletries that don't even smell good. The shampoo is even a 2-in-1! These tiny bottles completely cheapen the look of an otherwise beautiful bathroom. Even a 200-300 yuan B&B would have better provisions! The hotel was almost an 8/10, but these tiny details, which could easily be fixed with a little effort, completely ruined it. Not worth it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The room was spacious, with a vintage feel and a bathtub. We stayed in a riverside room, which was quiet and had a great view. The service was excellent! 👍🏻👍🏻 Breakfast was included, with a wide variety of delicious options. Even if you can't get a reservation for 'Zao Cha Ke' (morning tea), don't be disappointed – the hotel restaurant's breakfast has even more choices, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Embarking on a two-day, one-night trip to Wuzhen with a mix of excitement and nerves, I was pleasantly surprised. Wuzhen's unified parking system and shuttle service delivered us right to the hotel. The hotel's ambiance is lovely – a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling town. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was well-equipped, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of a disposable toilet seat cover, which put my mind at ease. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The room is located right within the scenic area, which is incredibly convenient. Watching the night view from here is amazing, and both the environment and service are quite good. It's excellent value for money!

I booked this room for my family. Xiaodang, our butler at Tong'an, helped us with an upgrade, and we ended up in a Tong'an King Room, which was excellent. The room had a charming, antique feel and was much more spacious than the one at Zhushui. My family was very pleased. It's just a few steps from the Water Market, which was super convenient. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Highly satisfied!
