The room was well-equipped and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff was very friendly. It's a quiet room, perfect for business trips.

Got a free upgrade to a twin room. The room was spacious, well-ventilated, and very quiet with excellent soundproofing. It was also spotlessly clean. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in; I felt very comfortable. I'll definitely come back here next time.

The hotel facilities are pretty good. The receptionist, Ms. Li, who assisted us was also very gentle and patient. Aside from the weather being a bit hot, everything else was very OK. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The staff service and breakfast were decent, but the hygiene was absolutely terrible. Just look at the pictures!

The facilities are complete and the hygiene is clean. The front desk service was warm and welcoming. The mattress was really comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. When checking out, I even asked the front desk about the mattress brand and was told it was a Serta mattress from the US. I'm planning to buy one for myself.

The room was great! We got a free upgrade! It was very spacious with a nice view of the canal from the window. Plus, it's right next to Wanda Plaza, so grabbing a bite to eat was super convenient! The front desk staff were also really helpful and patient, especially since we were traveling with kids and had a lot of requests. Thumbs up!

Big thanks to Meng from the front desk and all the other friendly staff! The hotel even upgraded my room to one with a balcony. Stepping out, I could take in both the city skyline and the canal views. It's the plum rain season, and seeing Jiaxing through the drizzle gave it a unique, classic Jiangnan charm. And to top it off, I absolutely loved the Huangbaobao Guizhou street hotpot downstairs at the hotel – completely exceeded my expectations! The quality of the beef and the authentic Guizhou ingredients had me going back for a second round! What, you think I'm getting off-topic?
