GGuest User“Pillowed by the misty rain of Jiangnan, nestled in a tranquil haven for a while.” This truly felt like a home away from home during my stay. After a friendly phone call with the customer service lady, the young and handsome Xiao Wan was already waiting for me at the parking lot, making check-in smooth. The itinerary arrangements were professional, detailed, and thoughtful. The service team was vibrant and caring: Xiao Fu, Xiao Zhong, Xiao Ai, and Xiao Zhang were all wonderful and warm encounters. PPamela Chong MeisiStayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself.
From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options.
Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms.
Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent.
Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

GGinny YapThis was by far our favourite hotel during our trip (and we stayed in 5 hotels, some double the price of this). Initially I was apprehensive as I didn't really like the style of the room and preferred something simpler and cleaner looking but everything was so well done and executed, it ended up being almost impossible to leave the room because it was just so incredibly cosy and comfortable! (be warned haha.). We even got upgraded to a much larger room despite staying just 1 night! The river view from the window at night was lovely and the breakfast was abundant as well! Though we would have preferred if it was served slower as most of our food got cold since they were all brought out almost at the same time LOL. Hotel also has a gorgeous garden and the overall place is gorgeous!
I also saw various reviews about the butler Xiao Wei and thought it might have been one of those review us and mention our names to get a free gift thing that's popular these days but nope. Xiao Wei really was the pièce de résistance of this establishment and made our stay 100% even better than it was 🥹. He was friendly and approachable, kind and extremely sincere in every way - and his service was by far the best we've ever encountered in any hotel around the world. On the last day I found out that Wuzhen specializes in a specific Chrysanthemum tea but I couldn't seem to find it. I texted him asking if he knew which shops had it and he offered to bring me to a gift shop that was located at the exit. Instead, he surprised me with a bag of it when I texted him just 30 minutes before checking out.
We'll definitely come back and stay at the Eden Club soon! In fact, it would likely be mainly because of Xiao Wei and how cared for we felt hahaha.

KKcuBeZSuperb VIP service from their service crew. Special shoutout to 管家小新. She explained each location and services in detail and was very responsive on wechat as well. My family have nevwr felt so pampered before. Location of the accommodation is right smack in the middle of the town and its very convenient to explore the area. Strongly recommended as a must stay place when you are in wuzhen

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this hotel! It was within walking distance from the high speed train station. The room was very spacious and luxurious. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food with elements of both Chinese and Western cuisine. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Tongxiang.

GGuest UserFacilities: The design is mostly complete, but it's clear it's been recently renovated, as there are still charcoal bags in the room.
Environment: The inn's environment is great, and breakfast is also very good.
Service: The service was a big plus; helping guests with their luggage was excellent.
The only thing is that the king room was really expensive when I booked it, over 1,500 for one king room. However, this depends on individual spending power. I just don't think the room's facilities and equipment quite justify the price. Overall, it was good, and the whole town is lovely. The scenery is excellent. I wish I had just booked a regular guesthouse instead.

AAnonymous UserCame with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, right next to Gate 2. There's free parking available in the backyard, and a big plus is that the parking spots even have EV chargers (slow charging)! The in-house restaurant on the ground floor is incredibly convenient, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The owners and their family are incredibly kind and welcoming; they were so thoughtful, even giving us a box of local specialties when we checked out. They also offered excellent advice for exploring the scenic area and even provided private car pick-up and drop-off to the Dongzha Scenic Area. Overall, our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! We highly, highly recommend it!

LluckydoyThe rooms and beds were quite spacious, but nothing really wowed me. Let me mention a few things I wasn't happy with. The so-called 'kids' paradise' at this family hotel was just a tiny inflatable bouncy castle – quite a letdown. The towels and bath towels were a bit old. In one room, there were only a few tissues left in the box. I'd specifically requested a non-smoking room, but one of the rooms had a distinct smoke smell upon entering. Also, I'm not sure if the booking deposit was collected by the hotel or the platform. Firstly, they charged the room fee again during check-in, plus a security deposit. Secondly, after checking out at noon, the booking deposit wasn't returned until I chased them for it in the afternoon.
