This hotel has a charming, old-fashioned vibe and is very close to a dim sum restaurant. Although I wasn't staying right by the water, my window overlooked a bend in the river, and I even got to see a family of ducks! The late-night congee, while simple in appearance, was incredibly flavorful and delicious. Lying in bed watching the willow trees sway outside my window was incredibly relaxing.

The hotel's overall environment is absolutely stunning, reminiscent of a Jiangnan water town. Our room was right by the water, decorated in a Republic of China style, and offered a quiet, elegant, and comfortable atmosphere. The butler service was warm and attentive! Amazing location, located inside the west gate scenic area. Nice breakfast, if you want to experience Wuzhen Zhao Cha Ke breakfast inside the scenic area, you can request it at the reception counter. Free 24hrs transport within the scenic area. Cozy and clean, friendly staff. Free entrance tickets included to the west gate scenic area. Just leave your language at the West Gate scenic entrance registration counter and they will send them to your hotel free of charge.
