Wuzhen Tong'an Inn

The room's location is excellent! It's not far from the entrance of Wuzhen Xizha. Our luggage was delivered directly to the front desk. Amidst the bustling crowds of Xizha, in the hot and humid weather, our child loved it so much that we really didn't want to leave! We'll definitely come back again, and stay for a few more days next time!

Staying here, right in the scenic area, truly lets you experience Wuzhen. At night, the reflections of the lights dance on the water, and in the early morning, the cobblestone streets are completely empty. During these times, the ancient town is a hundred times quieter and a hundred times more charming than during the day. Our room was a small two-story duplex, with a spacious living room downstairs and a cozy bedroom upstairs. My favorite spot was curling up on the small balcony, watching the traditional sculling boats glide by on the river. The service was also incredibly reassuring. Xiao Shi, from before we even arrived until check-in, answered every question on WeChat quickly and in detail, making it feel like we had a local friend looking out for us. In the morning, I walked to a teahouse, sat by the river, and enjoyed a steamer of siu mai and a bowl of soy milk. This is probably the most gentle way to experience Jiangnan. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to truly settle in and enjoy Wuzhen.

We switched to Building 2 for our second night, which is similar in standard to Building 1 and connected by a small bridge. It's much more convenient for families with elderly members or young children as you don't have to go up and down stairs as much. The facilities are newer, and the flower-patterned windows are quite distinctive. It also has a balcony overlooking the water, though you can't see the traditional 'wupeng' boats passing by. Each building has its own charm.

Extremely satisfied! The location is perfect, right within the scenic area. The service was excellent, especially Xiao Yang at the front desk who was very thoughtful and helpful when she saw we had children. The kids were all very happy! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel front desk staff were very polite and helpful, assisting with luggage. I was very satisfied with the indoor environment in Building 1. The air conditioning was great and kept the room cool during the hot summer!

This guesthouse is excellent, clean, and hygienic. The staff are warm, friendly, and provide great advice, making our trip to Wuzhen perfect. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit.

They offer a shuttle service right at the entrance of the scenic area, and the staff helped with our luggage. We even got a free upgrade to a waterside room, which was super convenient. We had a very comfortable stay.

Staying at Tong'an is a great choice. It's only a few minutes from the scenic spot entrance to the hotel (there's a shuttle bus). Our luggage was even delivered directly to our room door by staff, so we didn't have to carry anything ourselves 👍. Xiaoqian at the front desk was very polite and thoughtful, which I really appreciated.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, we were very satisfied! Besides being a bit pricey, it had no flaws. Our family had a wonderful time. It's located within the Wuzhen scenic area, very unique and full of ancient charm. The two-story setup allowed us to have our own space without disturbing each other. Everything was just perfect.
