Guest UserOur stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

HongsechenhuiI took my family on a holiday trip to Hangzhou, Shaoxing, and Wuzhen. We visited Shaoxing first, then Hangzhou, and finally Wuzhen. Honestly, booking Jin Tang Inn for this leg of the journey was the most successful decision.
I especially want to give a big shout-out and thank Jiajia from Jin Tang Inn! 🌹
She handled everything from check-in, luggage, and shuttle service to and from the parking lot. Perhaps this is the standard service in Wuzhen, and as she herself said, it's 'what she should do.' But her eyes, expression, and demeanor exuded genuine kindness and sincerity. When we left, it was raining, and I was genuinely worried she'd get drenched on her way back, but thankfully, the weather cleared up. 🌹🌹❤️
I walked around Wuzhen several times in the morning, and in comparison, Jin Tang Inn's cleanliness, service, and facilities were all excellent. The breakfast was another highlight.
If I ever have international guests visiting Wuzhen in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to arrange their stay here.

DaihaoyanjingkanshijieWe decided to stay two nights inside Wuzhen. We looked at Wuzhen Homestay, Zhensui Hotel, and Shengting Hotel. The others were definitely over budget, so we chose Shengting in the end, which was also the most expensive of the three. Due to Wuzhen's basic infrastructure, the room conditions certainly can't compare to a 1000+ RMB hotel outside, but they were still very good. The hotel has a garden-style layout and no waterfront rooms. A day before check-in, a butler will contact you, and on the day of arrival, the butler will meet you at the scenic area entrance and assist you all the way to your room. The location is also excellent. Wuzhen is essentially just a river with banks, and Shengting is basically in the middle. You step right out onto the main street, making it very convenient for exploring and dining. Breakfast is a set menu with 3 options, all delicious and exquisite. You can also exchange it for the 'early morning tea' experience, depending on your preference. I think eating at the hotel is great, as the 'early morning tea' environment isn't very comfortable this season. Finally, a suggestion: could you please replace the TV? I won't mention other room facilities, but a new TV would be nice. After a long day, it would be great to cast content to the screen and watch what you want. Lastly, Wuzhen is actually pretty good, and it's worth a visit if you haven't been before.

Service:
The hotel's service is truly five-star. We were greeted by a staff member named Qingguo, who patiently escorted us from the parking lot back to the hotel and then thoroughly explained various touring strategies for Wuzhen.
Environment:
The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the hotel's gardens and pavilions are perfect for photos, so you don't have to go out and deal with crowds.
Dining:
For breakfast, the hotel offers two dining options, and we chose the one at 'Siyi'. The breakfast here is quite exquisite, what we'd call 'pretty food.' The interior environment is also very photogenic, so you can easily snap some pictures after your meal.

Guest UserI was initially torn between Kaiyuan and Pullman but ultimately preferred the Accor Group's Pullman. It opened in 2015, and the facilities are indeed a bit dated; the blind on the inner window of the bathroom facing the room was quite worn out. However, the service was top-notch. We were staying with a child, and although there wasn't a crib available, when we requested a bathrobe, they proactively provided a toothbrush and toothpaste at the same time. They also upgraded our room type for free upon check-in. The hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent, and the in-hotel Wi-Fi connection was convenient and fast. The swimming pool on the 4th floor is 25 meters long and a good width, but there's no children's pool. Parking includes adjacent surface spots and an underground garage.
The location is convenient for getting around, about 2 kilometers to Nanguanxiang and 3 kilometers to Ganhe Street.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

A fantastic staycation experience. The facilities were impeccable, both in terms of amenities and service. The gym, while compact, was surprisingly well-equipped, and even during peak hours, it wasn't overly crowded, making for a pleasant workout.
Overall cleanliness was excellent. I noticed a slight stain on a pillow which was promptly replaced. Later, I accidentally spilled a blueberry drink late at night, and the staff were incredibly responsive in cleaning it up – a major plus!
The surroundings were breathtaking, brimming with exquisite design. The central courtyard's pond and pavilion exuded a beautiful traditional Chinese aesthetic.
The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, striking the perfect balance throughout our stay.
I would definitely love to visit again!

This hotel is right opposite Puyuan Ancient Town, just across the road. It was super convenient to come back to shower and change after the kids played in the water. The hotel service was excellent, and everyone was very welcoming. The room we booked also came with tickets to the ancient town, allowing unlimited entry for two days, which was fantastic! They even included vouchers we could use while exploring the town.

Guest UserI have been to the small town of Puyuan many times. Every time I go, I choose Meishang Hotel. The service is as excellent as always. This time I traveled during off-peak hours and it was very quiet. The hotel also added a lot of personalized services, such as experiencing singing bowls and going to the gym. The experience is good. Xiao Yao from the hotel specially picked us up at the door and sent me the guide and weather information in advance. Very thoughtful!

ShuaishuaiweigeI finally got to experience the Alila Wuzhen, which I'd been dreaming of, and the entire stay was absolutely perfect – it's my top choice for a Wuzhen getaway! The hotel itself is a beautiful waterside architectural masterpiece, with minimalist white walls blending seamlessly with the waterways, recreating a modern Jiangnan village. It feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese ink painting. The winding paths and water lanes within the property offer changing views at every turn. The lighting is soft and gentle during the day, and at night, the lights reflect beautifully on the water. Every photo you take looks stunning, and the serene ambiance is just incredible. It's wonderfully removed from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town, offering superb privacy, making it perfect for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat.
Check-in was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff were warm and polite, offering a welcome tea and patiently explaining the resort layout. Our Water House room was incredibly spacious with an open layout, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows brought the wetland scenery right into the room. The room was spotlessly clean, with a subtle and soothing aroma. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was expansive, with custom toiletries that had a sophisticated scent. The bathtub by the window allowed us to enjoy the garden view while soaking, which was a fantastic experience.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining local flavors with exquisite Western dishes, and the ingredients were fresh. Strolling through the resort, you can visit the infinity pool and the tea house in the middle of the water. During your leisure time, you can walk around and birdwatch, experiencing the unique tranquility of a water town. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service; they would always greet us proactively on the paths and responded promptly to all our requests.
Compared to the lively guesthouses in Xizha, this place offers a more secluded and relaxed vibe. The architectural aesthetics, hardware quality, and attentive service complement each other perfectly, making it suitable for both couples' getaways and short, tranquil retreats. This stay far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose Alila again on my next visit to Wuzhen.
