Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

Absolutely amazing! One step into the bustling old street, another into the serene quietude. The hotel is nestled in the ancient town, a hidden gem amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The aesthetics and service are, of course, top-notch. What truly stood out was our butler, Huang Qi, who was incredibly attentive. From arranging transfers to and from the scenic area to meticulously planning our itinerary during our stay, everything was perfectly organized. Wuzhen offers so much to see and do, with many activities requiring reservations and advance planning, and Huang Qi took care of all of it beforehand. Staying within Xizha allowed us to experience Wuzhen in the early mornings and late evenings, avoiding the crowds and enjoying it like a privileged few. Wuzhen has also evolved so much, with technology, theater, and the 'Pillow-Water Homes'... it truly lives up to its reputation as the ultimate ancient town. A truly satisfying trip!

First time visit China and Wuzhen. Very impressed about the hotel and service. Everything is awesome and beyond a five star hotel! The hotel is very quiet with elegant vibe. The breakfast is very delicious with lots of selections. Will stay here again if we come back in the future!

We decided to stay two nights inside Wuzhen. We looked at Wuzhen Homestay, Zhensui Hotel, and Shengting Hotel. The others were definitely over budget, so we chose Shengting in the end, which was also the most expensive of the three. Due to Wuzhen's basic infrastructure, the room conditions certainly can't compare to a 1000+ RMB hotel outside, but they were still very good. The hotel has a garden-style layout and no waterfront rooms. A day before check-in, a butler will contact you, and on the day of arrival, the butler will meet you at the scenic area entrance and assist you all the way to your room. The location is also excellent. Wuzhen is essentially just a river with banks, and Shengting is basically in the middle. You step right out onto the main street, making it very convenient for exploring and dining. Breakfast is a set menu with 3 options, all delicious and exquisite. You can also exchange it for the 'early morning tea' experience, depending on your preference. I think eating at the hotel is great, as the 'early morning tea' environment isn't very comfortable this season. Finally, a suggestion: could you please replace the TV? I won't mention other room facilities, but a new TV would be nice. After a long day, it would be great to cast content to the screen and watch what you want. Lastly, Wuzhen is actually pretty good, and it's worth a visit if you haven't been before.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and we received a free upgrade upon check-in. A butler service was provided for pick-up and drop-off during both check-in and check-out, which was a great convenience. For breakfast, there were three options: buffet, morning tea, and a set menu. The butler recommended the set menu, and the food and ambiance were absolutely fantastic. This was definitely the best hotel experience of our trip.

The breakfast wasn't just delicious, the service was incredibly heartwarming. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, proactively clearing tables and refilling food. They were genuinely sincere and polite. A comfortable breakfast really kickstarts your day, and the experience was top-notch! Once again, I chose Pullman, and it didn't disappoint. The breakfast area staff were particularly thoughtful, efficient, and friendly, always attentive to guests' needs – they truly focused on the details. With its comfortable environment and excellent service, this is my first choice for accommodation when traveling. ✨ The Pullman hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil environment, complete with excellent facilities and an overall upscale ambiance. The staff demonstrate outstanding professionalism, providing warm, attentive, efficient, and standardized service, which contributed to a comfortable and high-quality stay during this trip. Accommodation: The facilities were well-maintained, and our room was clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, including the Chinese restaurant, the organic cafe, and the breakfast spread. The ingredients were fresh, which gave us peace of mind. Service: The service truly stood out – it was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with staff always going the extra mile. A special mention to the cleaning staff: one housekeeper proactively offered me sanitary pads and brown sugar when she noticed I wasn't feeling well. Another time, during breakfast, the staff kindly helped me carry food to my table while I was holding my child. Family-Friendly Amenities: There's an indoor Montessori kids' club, which, while not huge, is a nice option. Right across from the hotel is an organic farm; it's perfect for a leisurely walk if the weather permits and has a lovely French chateau ambiance. Photography: We used the 'Qidu Travel Photography' service. They were very efficient and even gifted us three complimentary photos. We were extremely pleased with the results!

Transportation: Pujiin is located outside the ancient town, directly opposite the ancient town's tourist service center, just across the road. Hotel Service: I really have to commend the hotel's strict rules and regulations. The staff meticulously enforce them, which was almost too ”friendly” for a family trip. We booked two king rooms, one for two adults and one child, and the other for one senior and two children. Upon check-in, we were told that each room only provided two adult tickets. Even for the senior and two children who qualified for preferential policies, they stated, ”Our adult tickets are counted per person, regardless of whether you're an adult or a senior/child with a preferential ticket.” So, we had to purchase additional tickets at the front desk or buy them ourselves. Despite having three children, no children's amenities were proactively provided. By the time we remembered, it was quite late. The children had no slippers or dental kits and had to use the adults'. In the morning, before entering the dining room, we were stopped and asked for our room number. Before even finishing counting the people, they started saying we had exceeded the limit and needed to pay extra (only two adults and three children, one of whom was under 120cm, had arrived at the restaurant first). I went to the restaurant after checking my luggage. After giving my room number, the staff told me it was full and I needed to pay extra. Maybe I'm just cheap, but I decided to leave and forgo breakfast. Finally, I have to complain about the bathroom design. Perhaps it's an issue with the rooms on our side? After putting down the bath mat in the shower, the door couldn't close. When the bathroom door was opened, it blocked the sink. If someone was using the sink, you couldn't open the door to enter, which was very inconvenient.

We chose Puyuan for this trip and booked a hotel in the scenic area. The environment is great. I would especially like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Yinxing Xiaoyao. After the reservation was successful, he took the initiative to contact me, carefully asked about my needs and arrival time, and helped me plan the tour route in advance. During my stay, whether I wanted to recommend a restaurant or learn about tourist attractions, the housekeeper always helped me solve the problem quickly and considerately. The guest room is even more of a surprise, with exquisite decoration, warm layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and impeccable hygiene. In particular, the room has a small space for playing chess and drinking tea. Today, I can see the beautiful scenery of the scenic area outside the window, and my mood is instantly happy. The dining environment is also great, the restaurant is elegant, the breakfast is rich in variety, and there are both local specialties and Western meals. The Chinese restaurant we chose for dinner not only tasted good but also had fresh ingredients. There are few people in the scenic area, so the photos are particularly good. Coming back to the hotel after playing is like returning to a warm home. Next time I come, I will choose this place again and recommend it to my friends!

Excellent review, definitely a five-star rating! My anniversary stay at Alila was filled with incredible thoughtful touches! I hadn't communicated with the hotel beforehand, but after mentioning it to the front desk upon arrival, Mia Su immediately arranged rose petals, welcome fruits, and a small cake for us. The room had an amazing view, and there were so many scenic spots in the public areas. There was even a dedicated photographer who took many photos for us. The service was gentle, attentive, and absolutely perfect. During check-out, Mia Su was also at the front desk and even gave us an Alila key tag, which was a lovely keepsake. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have the chance!
