Guest UserOur stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

HongsechenhuiI took my family on a holiday trip to Hangzhou, Shaoxing, and Wuzhen. We visited Shaoxing first, then Hangzhou, and finally Wuzhen. Honestly, booking Jin Tang Inn for this leg of the journey was the most successful decision.
I especially want to give a big shout-out and thank Jiajia from Jin Tang Inn! 🌹
She handled everything from check-in, luggage, and shuttle service to and from the parking lot. Perhaps this is the standard service in Wuzhen, and as she herself said, it's 'what she should do.' But her eyes, expression, and demeanor exuded genuine kindness and sincerity. When we left, it was raining, and I was genuinely worried she'd get drenched on her way back, but thankfully, the weather cleared up. 🌹🌹❤️
I walked around Wuzhen several times in the morning, and in comparison, Jin Tang Inn's cleanliness, service, and facilities were all excellent. The breakfast was another highlight.
If I ever have international guests visiting Wuzhen in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to arrange their stay here.

Guest UserThe hotel itself is a historic building, meticulously maintained, and perfectly aligned with the Wuzhen culture. It's a joy to explore, and while I couldn't post photos with people in them, it's truly beautiful! The staff were confident and natural in their descriptions when asked questions.
The hotel's restaurant is excellent, with delicious food. The included breakfast is portioned per person, but very generous, saving you the hassle of choosing.
I have three minor suggestions, which can be disregarded if not appropriate: 1. The shower pressure in my room was a bit low. 2. Given the hotel's excellent location, a 2 PM checkout would be perfect. I imagine many guests coming for a night tour of Wuzhen wouldn't check in so early. 3. The queue for the sculling boat was incredibly long (during a non-weekend in summer). Although it was included in the hotel package, I ended up skipping it. I would have preferred to tour the hotel's grand mansion instead. If the hotel could arrange someone to lead a guided tour and explain its history, I can't imagine how much more valuable that would be.

Service:
The hotel's service is truly five-star. We were greeted by a staff member named Qingguo, who patiently escorted us from the parking lot back to the hotel and then thoroughly explained various touring strategies for Wuzhen.
Environment:
The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the hotel's gardens and pavilions are perfect for photos, so you don't have to go out and deal with crowds.
Dining:
For breakfast, the hotel offers two dining options, and we chose the one at 'Siyi'. The breakfast here is quite exquisite, what we'd call 'pretty food.' The interior environment is also very photogenic, so you can easily snap some pictures after your meal.

Guest UserThe breakfast wasn't just delicious, the service was incredibly heartwarming. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, proactively clearing tables and refilling food. They were genuinely sincere and polite. A comfortable breakfast really kickstarts your day, and the experience was top-notch!
Once again, I chose Pullman, and it didn't disappoint. The breakfast area staff were particularly thoughtful, efficient, and friendly, always attentive to guests' needs – they truly focused on the details. With its comfortable environment and excellent service, this is my first choice for accommodation when traveling. ✨
The Pullman hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil environment, complete with excellent facilities and an overall upscale ambiance. The staff demonstrate outstanding professionalism, providing warm, attentive, efficient, and standardized service, which contributed to a comfortable and high-quality stay during this trip.

A fantastic staycation experience. The facilities were impeccable, both in terms of amenities and service. The gym, while compact, was surprisingly well-equipped, and even during peak hours, it wasn't overly crowded, making for a pleasant workout.
Overall cleanliness was excellent. I noticed a slight stain on a pillow which was promptly replaced. Later, I accidentally spilled a blueberry drink late at night, and the staff were incredibly responsive in cleaning it up – a major plus!
The surroundings were breathtaking, brimming with exquisite design. The central courtyard's pond and pavilion exuded a beautiful traditional Chinese aesthetic.
The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, striking the perfect balance throughout our stay.
I would definitely love to visit again!

XingzoubutingdeHanaTransportation: Pujiin is located outside the ancient town, directly opposite the ancient town's tourist service center, just across the road.
Hotel Service: I really have to commend the hotel's strict rules and regulations. The staff meticulously enforce them, which was almost too ”friendly” for a family trip. We booked two king rooms, one for two adults and one child, and the other for one senior and two children. Upon check-in, we were told that each room only provided two adult tickets. Even for the senior and two children who qualified for preferential policies, they stated, ”Our adult tickets are counted per person, regardless of whether you're an adult or a senior/child with a preferential ticket.” So, we had to purchase additional tickets at the front desk or buy them ourselves.
Despite having three children, no children's amenities were proactively provided. By the time we remembered, it was quite late. The children had no slippers or dental kits and had to use the adults'.
In the morning, before entering the dining room, we were stopped and asked for our room number. Before even finishing counting the people, they started saying we had exceeded the limit and needed to pay extra (only two adults and three children, one of whom was under 120cm, had arrived at the restaurant first).
I went to the restaurant after checking my luggage. After giving my room number, the staff told me it was full and I needed to pay extra. Maybe I'm just cheap, but I decided to leave and forgo breakfast.
Finally, I have to complain about the bathroom design. Perhaps it's an issue with the rooms on our side? After putting down the bath mat in the shower, the door couldn't close. When the bathroom door was opened, it blocked the sink. If someone was using the sink, you couldn't open the door to enter, which was very inconvenient.

Guest UserI have been to the small town of Puyuan many times. Every time I go, I choose Meishang Hotel. The service is as excellent as always. This time I traveled during off-peak hours and it was very quiet. The hotel also added a lot of personalized services, such as experiencing singing bowls and going to the gym. The experience is good. Xiao Yao from the hotel specially picked us up at the door and sent me the guide and weather information in advance. Very thoughtful!

Guest UserChoosing Alila was choosing a journey of self-discovery. Away from the city's hustle and bustle, the tranquility here allows you to hear your own heartbeat, leaving all worries behind. It's not just a stay; it's a healing retreat for the mind and body.
They even offered a complimentary travel photography service during check-in! The photographer, Teacher Li Li, was excellent and captured the perfect mood. The makeup artist did a super delicate and photo-ready look. The whole team was very professional and I'm extremely satisfied~
