"Big thanks to Meng from the front desk and all the other friendly staff! The hotel even upgraded my room to one with a balcony. Stepping out, I could take in both the city skyline and the canal views. It's the plum rain season, and seeing Jiaxing through the drizzle gave it a unique, classic Jiangnan charm. And to top it off, I absolutely loved the Huangbaobao Guizhou street hotpot downstairs at the hotel – completely exceeded my expectations! The quality of the beef and the authentic Guizhou ingredients had me going back for a second round! What, you think I'm getting off-topic?"

"I came here once before the May Day holiday and had a fantastic experience. I returned at the end of May, and it was excellent again! This time, I got upgraded to an incredibly spacious room – absolutely amazing. The breakfast is still delicious; I just wish it extended until 10:30 AM, as I couldn't make it down for breakfast the next day. The hotel is perfect in terms of location, service, and facilities."

"One of the best Atour hotels I have stayed at. The lobby was big and new, the room was spacious and clean. The in-room-controlled air-conditioning was perfect for people who like it a bit cool. Some other hotels have turned on central heating in November, and we could not adjust the temperature in the room. We were glad we could adjust the temperature in our room at this hotel. The location was good, we walked to Yuehe Street in the evening."

"This hotel boasts a great location, close to Jiaxing Station, making it convenient for visiting the South Lake Scenic Area, and parking is also easy. However, the rooms on the fifth floor are split into two sections, which feels a bit like a maze. I mentioned this to the front desk, suggesting they clarify the specific area to guests in the future, as the distance between them is quite significant. The room was clean, and the TV and bedding were comfortable. The laundry service was also very efficient; you could even check the washing machine's status on the TV. Breakfast was decent. For this city, the Atour's pricing is quite reasonable. I really can't understand why some Atour hotels in first-tier cities charge 700-800 yuan for a 20-square-meter room."

"My son left his tablet at the front desk. I called down to ask the staff, but they said they didn't have it. When I went down to the front desk myself, it was right there. This clearly showed that the front desk staff hadn't bothered to check carefully at the time. Also, there was a clump of hair on the shower wall in the bathroom. My wife saw it while showering and even wondered if another woman had used the shower before her. Although the staff's attitude was good when we communicated later, it's unacceptable for a brand of this reputation to have staff make such basic mistakes. I hope they can improve next time."

"I spontaneously used a flash deal voucher and stumbled upon a newly opened hidden gem of a hotel. My entire experience far exceeded expectations, and I just have to rave about it! What truly impressed me was how pet-friendly it is! Bringing my little dog was completely stress-free. The room came equipped with a full set of pet amenities: a small tent bed, food and water bowls, and pee pads – everything! I didn't have to lug around any pet supplies, which is a huge plus for pet owners. My furry friend was super comfortable. The hotel's public areas are designed with a sophisticated yet cozy feel. Arching corridors paired with transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, and hydrangea floral arrangements placed everywhere created an incredible ambiance. It's a photographer's dream! The hotel even offers a complimentary travel photography service. The photographer was professional and excellent at guiding poses, so the original photos looked fantastic. Every shot looked effortlessly beautiful, exceeding my expectations! The dining experience was also incredibly impressive: The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, a blend of Chinese and Western options. There was salmon, bacon, Western cheeses, fresh-made wontons with thin wrappers and delicious fillings, smooth and comforting porridge, and soft, glutinous siu mai for dim sum. From light congee to hot dishes and appetizers, the selection was vast, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. Our stay also included a complimentary Chinese lunch. We added two local specialty dishes: tender water caltrop from Nanhu and minced pork with eggplant. These were authentic Jiangnan flavors; the eggplant was stewed to perfection and incredibly flavorful, while the water caltrop was sweet and refreshing. Every dish was a hit, and the taste was spot-on. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Cindy. Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She proactively communicated our needs before check-in and was always available during our stay, patiently and meticulously resolving any issues. The room amenities were comprehensive, and the attention to detail was excellent, making our stay comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely ask for Cindy next time! The service experience was perfect. The overall hardware facilities were brand new and spotless. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. The only minor regret was that the hotel didn't have a mahjong room. My friends traveling with me had hoped to play a few rounds after dinner, so that was a slight drawback. Aside from that small imperfection, everything about this trip – the food, accommodation, environment, service, and pet facilities – was impeccable. It offers fantastic value for money and is a top choice for pet-owning families. I'll definitely be back with my dog next time!"

"The room is spacious and comfortable. Although the courtyard isn't large, it's still very pleasant to sit outside under the shade of big trees. The hotel is located within the scenic area, surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air, making every corner of the property a beautiful sight. A fresh and seasonal fruit platter with a good variety of fruits is provided daily. The buffet breakfast isn't huge, but it offers delicious local specialties like savory zongzi, red bean zongzi, bamboo shoot siu mai, and braised duck. There are also freshly made noodles, buns, shrimp dumplings, stir-fried dishes, and some small pastries – more than enough for breakfast."

The front desk staff are welcoming and check-in was quick. Breakfast offers a wide variety and is promptly replenished. The only minor drawback is that the water pressure in the shower can be a bit inconsistent. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for business or short trips. I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"Stayed 3 nights and extended 3 more nights. Breakfast has variety and they change dishes. Free use of washing machine at level 1. Service is great especially with XiaoChen who has good knowledge of the hotel surrounding, clear in her directions and supportive with special demand. Room is large but no fridge. Food cannot keep too long if any. Single lift and waiting time is wee bit long but ok. The floor is carpeted but some has bumps so must watch out. The dropoff area is closed off to cars so quite a hassle for dropoff and pickup. Drivers must go to 2nd entry point though not far but will be rained on."
