Bow View Lodge ★★★
"Hotels with good value for money, It would be more convenient to drive at that location."
HI Banff Alpine Centre - Hostel ★★
"Actually, living here is a great choice if your roommates are nice and don't snore. There's a bus stop right outside and a bar inside, so you don't have to worry about being bored at night or having to walk a long way back from the city late. The only downside is that my iPhone 16 Pro couldn't connect to their Wi-Fi. I kept getting blocked by privacy issues. Although I have my own unlimited data plan, the signal here is generally bad, so that's the only thing to be aware of, depending on whether you care."
Tunnel Mountain Resort ★★★
"We had one bedroom loft. Plenty of spaces for kids to run around. The wood burning fireplace in the living room is cozy and feels like home. The view was amazing- snowy mountain peak, and saw wild animals right in front of your balcony while having breakfast. We were here for the kids' hockey tournament. 8 mins drive to the hockey rink . Not a walking distance. We will come back in summer and try the trail nearby. The swimming pool was small and the water was cold but the kids seemed to be ok."
Banff Aspen Lodge ★★★
"Got delayed in Vancouver and booked this last minute, so it was a leftover room, and a bit pricey. But it turned out to be a one-bedroom suite with a living room and a balcony, which was great. The room was really quiet. They have a self-service ice machine on the 2nd floor and a small hot spring bath on the 1st, both nice touches. Overall, it was good. Tip: Bring your own toothpaste, slippers, and power strip..."
Red Carpet Inn ★★★
"This hotel is an excellent value for the location and price. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, amenities are as described. You need to check in next door, but this isn’t inconvenient. The hotel allows you to use the free underground parking until 4pm on day of checkout, which is excellent. I’ve stayed here before and will be returning."
Douglas Fir Resort & Chalets ★★★
"The hotel is old and gloomy, a bit like the ones in horror movies... From the parking lot to the room, you have to push open two old fire doors and walk through the dim corridor. The room door lock is obviously pried open, with a big gap... The interior is decorated in the style of the 70s/80s, mainly dim, because there is a kitchen, the ventilation system is not good, the room is full of odors, even the bedding is the same... This kind of hotel costs more than 2,000 a night. If I knew this, I would not stay here for free."
Banff Park Lodge ★★★
"Hotel room and amenity are perfect and clean. Great location, great staff services. strongly recommend to everyone."
Banff International Hostel ★★★
"Good enough for solo traveler ... quite clean with private bathroom"
Banff Ptarmigan Inn ★★★
"This hotel's location is incredibly convenient. You can catch the bus to and from Calgary Airport right at the hotel. Across the street is the Banff High School bus terminal, and the 8x bus to Lake Louise also stops there. Plus, the hotel provides free bus tickets, so you can reach most attractions by public transport, and there's free parking available too. On top of that, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

The Kenrick Hotel
"Lovely place"
Otter Hotel
"It was an amazing experience."
Moxy Banff
"The hotel boasts a modern and youthful design and offers complimentary cocktails upon check-in; it's a pretty good hotel in Banff, but the price is too high and doesn't fit its positioning."
Rimrock Banff, Emblems Collection
"Better value for money than the Fairmont Hotel"
Moose Hotel and Suites
"I've been to Banff many times before, but always stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. This time, my family and I decided to revisit on a whim. Since the Fairmont was fully booked every day, we had to choose another hotel. I saw the Moose Hotel on Ctrip, with its underground parking and rooftop hot springs, and immediately booked a two-night stay. Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be right on the main street in the town center, which was super convenient for shopping. You can indeed drive directly into the underground parking garage and take the elevator straight up to all floors. After dinner, we enjoyed a free hydromassage in the rooftop hot springs and massage pool, washing away the fatigue from several days of driving. The hotel also provides three days of free bus passes for guests to visit nearby attractions. Our room was well-equipped. There was a kettle provided, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a very refreshing experience."
Fairmont Banff Springs
"Excellent service, and the Gold Executive Lounge is fantastic."
