The room is spacious with 2 levels. The upper level is bedroom while the lower level is dining room with a small kitchen. However, room service needs to be improved as there is no cleaning for one day during our stay. Facial tissue doesn't refill after using up."

I like the spaciousness of the loft when you have so many luggages. The hot chocolate station in the evening is a nice touch. There is a famous farm & fire restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t get to try. The indoor parking is $5 CAD."
