LenonoThe double room was tiny, with no space for luggage, but then again, you wouldn't want to just stay cooped up indoors when visiting Banff. There's free, semi-covered parking, which is great for keeping out of the rain. The complimentary breakfast wasn't extensive but definitely filling enough. If you're staying for several days, there's a good chance your key card might stop working mid-stay. The hotel encourages guests to opt out of housekeeping, citing environmental protection, but the old perk of getting a coffee shop voucher for doing so is no longer available.

Guest UserThe hotel facilities are quite new, the environment is beautiful, and getting around is very convenient. The town's bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and you can ride the town's public transportation for free. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is highly recommended – it's fantastic! However, the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes, or other toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own or buy them at the town's supermarket.

Overall pretty good, underground parking was rough with little space an terrible parkers. Unfortunately there’s nothing the hotel could do about people’s driving skills. I would recommend this hotel but get back early and walk if you can if you’d like to have a spot for your vehicle.

NiubotesimaxinThe hot spring was fantastic, and the room was very clean. The hotel itself is new, and I hope the prices remain stable, as it feels like they're slowly increasing. Breakfast was just average; you need to book it in advance during peak season and on weekends.

Anonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at The Rundlestone Lodge. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it an excellent base for exploring Banff National Park.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. We especially appreciated the complimentary underground parking and the convenient location on Banff Avenue. Although it’s a little outside the downtown core, it was easy to drive or take the local bus into town.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always happy to answer questions and provide recommendations.
Overall, The Rundlestone Lodge offers great value for money with comfortable accommodations, helpful staff, and excellent amenities. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Banff.

The rooms are well-spaced, and while each space isn't large, it's more than adequate. Even if you stay for more than a day, they won't come in to clean the apartment, but upon arrival, it was very clean. It's a cozy and comfortable little apartment, and I highly recommend it.

The price was reasonable, and it wasn't far from the downtown core compared to other hotels, which made it easy to get to souvenir shops and supermarkets. Parking wasn't super spacious, but there was always a spot available. There's a gas station right next door, so it was convenient to fill up before parking if you had a rental or your own car. The front desk is in the building right next door, and checking in and out was a breeze.
The best part was that the deposit refund was processed immediately. It was a huge relief not having to constantly monitor whether I'd get my deposit back, which is often a source of stress on trips. That was definitely the highlight.
