Hotels with Parking in Banff

We had a great stay at Otter Hotel . It’s a 20 mins walk to Banff Town or get a complimentary Roam bus card during the stay from the hotel reception.  We had 2 dinners & breakfast daily at the Hotel only restaurant - Good Folk.  Food is amazing , the serving staff are friendly & knowledgeable.  Love the hot tubs on the first floor overlooking the Rockies …  Will definitely return if visit Banff again ..

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Banff. It's right in the heart of downtown, next to a street full of great restaurants, and just across the road from a shopping paradise. Getting anywhere is super convenient! We stayed for three nights, and the room was really spacious. Our double twin room easily accommodated four of us. On the first floor, there's free hot water, cold water, and coffee available. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a very comfortable hot spring pool. One thing to note is that they don't clean the room automatically; you need to hang a 'please clean' card outside for service. We didn't put it out on the first day, so the room wasn't cleaned. The hotel offers laundry facilities: $5 CAD per wash and $3 CAD per dry, with complimentary laundry pods provided. We used it twice.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and the staff were very accommodating from check-in until checkout. They even offered complimentary coffee and tea upon arrival which was such a nice touch. What made our stay extra special was how they surprised our son with a birthday cake and restaurant credit for his birthday. Super thoughtful and truly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Hotel is a bit far from town but it provides free town shuttle. We booked the balcony room hoping to get a better view. We have rooms with big trees in front. When asked if we can change rooms, he won’t change since it’s not booked direct. The balcony room has little heat as the heater is smaller and the room is colder.

This hotel's location is incredibly convenient. You can catch the bus to and from Calgary Airport right at the hotel. Across the street is the Banff High School bus terminal, and the 8x bus to Lake Louise also stops there. Plus, the hotel provides free bus tickets, so you can reach most attractions by public transport, and there's free parking available too. On top of that, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel feels a bit dated, but the room was spacious, neat, and tidy. The towels weren't sparkling white but were acceptable. My favorite part was the bathroom amenities—the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion were amazing! The only downside was the pool hours (9 AM - 9 PM); we got back past 10 PM and couldn't use it. It would be perfect if they could extend the pool hours.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Banff. It's located right on the main street. While it's a bit of a walk to the areas with more shops and restaurants, there's a bus stop very close by, so we just used the local shuttle bus for shopping and dining and didn't find it inconvenient at all. They even provided free shuttle bus tickets. It was also really convenient that the Calgary airport shuttle and various tours could be boarded and disembarked near the hotel. The room, although a bit older, was clean and even had a hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We opted out of breakfast this time, but they gave us tickets to purchase breakfast for $15.

The hotel is a five-minute drive from Banff town. They offer free bus passes, and the bus stop is right outside. You can transfer to other buses at the town center to reach nearby attractions. The room conditions are average, but the cleanliness is good, and it's very quiet. The price is moderate, making it a decent value for money during peak season. You might even spot some small animals in the early morning.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fox Hotel and Suites. The room was wonderful, very clean, and perfectly equipped for a cozy mountain getaway. The views from the property were absolutely beautiful—surrounded by the stunning scenery of Banff. What made our stay even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is unique and charming. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff, and we will definitely return! 5/5 stars!

The place was very clean, including the towels. The size was great 👍 The bedding was excellent, the bed was very large, and the shower facilities were also fantastic. However, there were several serious issues: 1. The renovation smell was very strong. 2. The heating in the room was constantly on, very noisy, and couldn’t be turned off, making it impossible to sleep. 3. Because the heating was always running, the bed became too hot to sleep comfortably.
