Good family hotel with parking. It also has Chillis in-house which is helpful. Hot pool was amazing and kids loved it. It is walking from downtown so lots of eating options close by.

Pretty nice hotel. We liked the hot pool which is designed to resemble a nearby hotspring. The rooms seem a bit cramped and old fashioned but other than that we are satisfied.

We got the loft units and the kids love them! We had balconies facing the front and the kids love standing in the balconies looking at trucks and buses.

The location of the hotel is good with perfect access to the town. There is a supermarket named IGA which is about 8 mins walk. The cave pool is amazing which gives us a relaxing experience. The room is spacious with 2 levels. The upper level is bedroom while the lower level is dining room with a small kitchen. However, room service needs to be improved as there is no cleaning for one day during our stay. Facial tissue doesn't refill after using up.

A very clean place and excellent customer service. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was very hot in the room (summer) and the AC was noisy.

The location is perfect. The staffs were amazing. Only thing is the hot tub, I supposed its better if there are lights on the sides so people would be more aware of whats going on mean we booked with an 11 year old with us and there's a couple doing stuff who just popped out of nowhere.

Our stay un Fox hotel was great .we stayed for 4 nights and everytime we came back to our hotel room after going out fio the whole day, our room is so clean.
