Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel

The location is excellent! It's very close to Estação do Oriente bus station, Estação do Oriente train station, and the metro station – all within walking distance. Da Gama shopping center is right next door. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a wide variety of choices. The room was very quiet. It's also very close to Parque das Nações, just a five-minute walk, and the Lisbon Oceanarium, which my kids loved, is also within walking distance.

I extended my stay because the hotel's location was great, and the room rate was even a bit cheaper on the second day. The hotel staff also kindly heated my food in the microwave, which I really appreciated. Check-in was pretty convenient. The only downside is that the parking fee is a bit expensive at 15 Euros per day. It's just a few minutes' walk to Parque das Nações and Oceanário de Lisboa. There's also a mall downstairs and public transport (bus and metro) is very accessible. I would definitely stay here again if I visit next time.

It's decent. The main draw is its proximity to the airport, which was perfect for our flight. Breakfast was continental. The omelet was okay, but I really didn't feel like eating anything else (after ten days of Western food). There's a shopping mall right next door that's open until midnight. Portugal is quite affordable. If you're a group of more than three, I recommend just taking an Uber – it's really cheap. And the Pastel de Belém is definitely much better than others! Portugal is a hidden gem worth experiencing.

It was pretty good! The value for money was decent, and I'm relatively satisfied. The transportation is excellent and convenient. However, rooms facing the railway track can be noisy, so it's best to choose a room facing the sea!

The hotel is very well located, with excellent customer service and care, and a strong focus on environmental sustainability.

The breakfast was a bit basic, and I didn't find many appetizing options. The pool isn't big, but the water temperature was wonderfully warm. It's right next to the station, with a shopping center just a stone's throw away, so you can find all sorts of food to suit any taste.

Facilities: 😍😍😍😍😍 Excellent! Cleanliness: Fantastic! The room was very clean!!! Ambiance: Great location!!!! Right by the water, perfect for photos! Service: Got upgraded to a suite! Service was superb! Breakfast was also good!
