The Westin Palace, Milan

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was spacious and bright, and the linens were comfortable. The location was convenient, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, neatly organized. Guests will have a very pleasant experience here, definitely recommended!

The room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious. The hotel even provided a converter next to the bed, so I could charge anything directly!

Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night, and when we opened it, no one was there – it was quite scary. Then, when we walked past some maintenance workers at the front desk, they deliberately banged on metal to scare us and then laughed. We reported this to the hotel front desk, but they said, 'They're not our hotel staff, we can't control them. They're just temporary workers hired from outside for repairs.' That was their only response. Chinese people, it's best not to stay here.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, even better than it looked in the pictures. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast; it was very diverse and satisfying.
