clean but the facilities are old, I paid the.hotel.with trip.com and arriving at the hotel they asked me for a deposit of 500 dollars the other day when I went to check out they charged me 12.49 dollars per room according to having used the resort when I knew there was and I never used it since we only used the place to rest

The balcony can see the waterfall, which is better than other hotels. And it is relatively close to other attractions, which can be reached on foot, and the bar next to it can be enjoyed in the evening when you have nothing to do.

Very old and dirty property, you can not see it from the advertising on *******, but this property is absolutely dirty and front desk is not professional. i wish i could rent something else

I have no complaints about the room. It is clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok and it is so close to the fall and everything is within walking distance. The only negative is the hallway, which could use a good makeover and a real cleaning to be presentable including the elevator.

Noisy, rude staff checking us in. Extra charge of $20.00 for needing 2 beds, even though lots of rooms available. Toilet sounded like it might blow- bubbling noises the whole time. Heater fan constantly making noise every few minutes and terrible lighting in room.

For the price, it has an excellent location and good size pool. It’s has rooms where you can see the falls, albeit the US falls. But it’s a very short walk to the falls. And it’s across the street from the ****** and the Skylon tower. The room could use some work, but I wasn’t expecting perfection for the price, but a working fan in the bathroom would have been nice. Honestly if you’re interested in the falls and only need the room for sleeping, you can’t beat this place for value and location.
