"The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression."

"it was a good stay, checked in super late and the process still smooth. The room facing the sea opposite Singapore. Hungry strikes at 4am and still gets to order food. The food was superb, I’ve tried the carbonara and curly fries and let me tell you the carbonara tasted so good that I’m scared I will crave for it later later, however it was soaked with oil maybe lessen the oil will do. Unfortunately, missed the breakfast, I bet it taste good too. Thank you!"

"Thank you Luretta for the swift check-in. Will always book the suite here if i’m in JB. Bookings here include breakfast which is a plus, hotel allows smoking in some rooms which is also a plus. Restaurant is under renovation. Breakfast held in 1 of the ballrooms nearby. Egg station is always packed. Would be good if the chefs can prepare some omelettes before hand. Overall, pretty good stay."

"Good place for a short stay. The biggest advantage is the location as it is within walking distance to JB Sentral and the customs. The room is spacious compared to a hotel and suitable for overnight trips. Self check-in was easy, just need to follow the instructions carefully. The only downside is the surrounding area is quite quiet at night and parking may be a bit confusing for first timers. Overall still worth the price."

My colleague’s room was same and dirty.  Also, air conditioning did not work, their technician checked and said tell receptionist to change room but when I call them to change my room, but they ignored and I stayed at boiling room.
