Great location, don’t get a small 10m ² room it’s claustrophobic. I pay a bit more and get a suite 60m ² and I love it.. worth every cent..👍🏼

The floor abit dirty. A lot of long hair around. The window have use cigarette butts. Should make sure no smoking in the room. Thanks 🙏

The room is big enough. Even the toilet big and clean, nice location.. highly recommended to my friends going here in JB.

Swimming pool was not clean, the water looks greenish and lights in the pool were flickering. The gym had water leakage and ceiling was being repaired and cannot be used.

location is a plus point, just next to Novotel and KSL city mall. Deposit need to collect cash RM150 is a not convenience action for the travellers. so far car parking still offer as complimentary basis, but soon would be charged as the AirBnB management doesn't provide any reserved car park to travellers (since they have bought over so many units in the condominium, why not come with the reserved car park lots, is it all occupied by the owner).

Really the best that I stay when I’m in jb.. location is good.. place is really nice.. the view from lvl 50.. really awesome

Helpful and kind front desk receptionists. Requested for the highest floor away from lift and traffic noises so they really gave me a nice unit facing city view, but the neighbour next door was quite noisy but that’s ok didn’t affect me much. Room was spacious but not clean, found strands on hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly too. As someone who is a cleanliness freak, it really affected my stay. TV has both local and singaporean channels and can also connect to Netflix, but the wifi was quite weak and slow but the maintenance came to fix that. Room amenities such as floor slippers, towels and dental kits were provided, however I found a small stain on the bath towel but that’s ok as there was a spare. The Airbnb is close to many nearby eateries and within walking distance to KSL, which was what I appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and peaceful sleep. Will revisit again on my day off! Kudos to the front desk staff for excellent guest services! 😍

Stayed 2 nights at Space Residence and it was very comfortable. Great location, just a short walk to KSL Mall, with plenty of nearby eateries and local kopitiam options. The apartment was clean, cozy, with strong WiFi and a fully equipped entertainment TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). Everything matched the photos and listing. Highly recommended.
