Space Residency Premium Suite Near KSL Mall by Nest Home

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Space Residency. The location is great, as it’s very close to KSL, making it convenient to explore the area and find food and shopping nearby. The self check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The instructions provided were clear and easy to understand, so everything was hassle-free. The room had a beautiful moon-themed design that made it feel cozy and unique. It was well-equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient for a longer stay. The washroom amenities and towels were also provided, making the stay even more comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful view from both rooms. Waking up to such a nice view really made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Space Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near KSL.

We had long drive ahead so we decided to check in somewhere to rest and Space Residency was perfect for a quick stop and rest. easy to park our car. Clear instructions on how to retrieve keycard and access to the apartment. Will definitely give a go again if we ever need a place to crash for the night.

The swimming pool and gym are really great, with security patrolling, ensuring the safety of the guests. The room is really spacious, bed is comfortable, no bedbugs, really have a good night sleep. Wifi is powerful, no issue connecting various devices. I really hope they provide a TV in the bedroom, so I can watch Netflix, so I don't have to restrict myself in the living room. The unit comes with a washer cum detergent, really helpful.

Apartment was clean, very convenient, just opp ksl mall. Right below the apt is Carton King (eveeything made with cardboard, with train also from cardboard, good for family with kids.) Provides towels, toothbrushes, hair dryer, extension plug, smart tv has iQiyi, netflix, etc.

AVOID THIS Airbnb by nest home (15-03). Cockcroachs and spiders greet us everydays. I killed 4-5 cockcroachs on the fist night. Big spiders in the toilets Units and rooms and toilets smell like SEWAGES, URINE, MOLDY ENVIRONMENT. FLOOR IS OILY AND GREASY. SWEPT THE DIRT AND HAIR TO ONE CORNER. PLEASE SEE THE PHOTOS WITH COCKCROACHS KILLED AND DIRTY POOL (OILY POOL) AND OILY FLOOR IN THIS UNIT.

Extremely impressed by the design of the accommodations and cleanliness. The whole place looks really new and my friends and I had a great stay there. The only sad part was that the projector wasn't very good quality and there were no doors to separate the toilet and showers. Other than that, location is perfect, design of the accoms is beautiful and cozy. Would love staying again if I'm in Jb next time.

Location is great, Ksl is just across the road. Share the same block as Novotel. Thou on 52 floor the lift is pretty fast. Unit is exactly like the picture. Street fighter game console is a plus, kids love it!

KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.
