Location is good , hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Definite will come back again

Had a great stay overall and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon check-in. The room was spacious and well-designed, with the toilet and shower area separated, which made it very convenient. There was also a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. The only issue I encountered was that the toilet lights stopped working the next morning, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated the room upgrade and overall comfort provided.

Had a pleasant stay at Novotel JB. The room was modern, spacious and clean with a cosy design. The bed was comfortable, and the layout made good use of the space with a relaxing sofa area and large TV. Loved the warm lighting and calm ambience, making it a great place to rest after a day out in JB. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 👍

One of the newer hotel in JB. Surrounded by shopping mall, restaurants, massage centers and so on.

Strategically located. Feel welcoming upon checking in hotel. Complimentary parking. Room is clean with good views. The only issue is the lifts abit slow, so if you are checking out 12pm might have a "jam". Will choose to stay here again.

Had a pleasant stay recently — the hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The only slight downside was that there were limited kid-friendly amenities, which would have made the stay even better for families with young children.

The room is smaller than the next door hotel villa. Coz I big size so like to stress on the movement. Haha

Very convenient location. Nothing much to complain other than being pricier.

Hotel location is good with many food options nearby. Very near KSL. Hotel room is also clean.
