We've stayed here multiple times & never once did they disappoint us. Room is spacious & clean. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is always up to standard. The hotel is near checkpoint & komtar jbcc so its really convenient.

It’s very spacious and right opposite KOMTAR mall so you can literally walk to the hotel. Hotel room was very clean and the breakfast buffet spread was endless + amazing. Staff were all exceptionally friendly as well. Will definitely be back again

Hotel staff are cold and not responsive to requests. Children noises in hallway. One of three electors was broken the whole time, making elevators extremely slow. Overall I don’t feel they care about guests.

The temperature of the room is not that cold. The place is accessible but the breakfast buffet is not that enticing to eat as limited options only.

A truly excellent hotel! The quality is great, and the location is fantastic, right next to a 7-Eleven and a night market. The hotel breakfast is delicious, and the staff are very enthusiastic. I'll definitely be back.

Amari Hotel Stay Had a pleasant stay at Amari Hotel. The rooms were spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast spread was excellent — lots of variety and everything we tried was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance to JBCC Mall, which is very convenient. Just a heads-up that City Square is currently closed for renovation, so that may affect your plans. One downside is the traffic around the hotel lobby area, which can get quite congested due to the ongoing construction. At night, some roads leading back to the hotel are also closed, so you may need to take a different route. Overall, a comfortable stay with great rooms and a very good breakfast. Would definitely consider staying here again once the surrounding construction and road closures are sorted out.
