Sunway Hotel Big Box

Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable with nice touches throughout, and housekeeping kept everything in great shape. The staff were the highlight—responsive and genuinely helpful without being intrusive.

Everything was good except the air con was exceptionally cold this time round despite we had adjusted to 28 C. We had stayed here several times and we always enjoy our stay. This is our 2nd time this year! Quite a popular place to stay. The checking in took some time. The breakfast queue was also pretty long. Thank you for the decoration for my daughter's birthday! Appreciated it! But I think they missed out on the cake. I myself also forgot to remind. Thank you for the drink bar as well. Overall, we had a pleasant stay 😊

I had stayed in this hotel multiple times over staycation, it has became so crowded that we try and avoid breakfast dining due to the queue n crowd. Check ins is extremely slow, abit of stain in beddings but tolerable. Dont expect top notch service but not the worse jb hotel.

Although there was an initial hiccup of assigning me a wrong room type, it was quickly resolved. The room was generally clean and amenities were sufficient. The 2 bottles of water which were supposed to be given were not there but it was given once I enquired about it as there was a card explaining about the glass bottled water. Staff were quick to respond when a stranger knocked continuously and loudly at my room door at night. Thankfully, it did not happen again although we were slightly traumatised. Food spread at breakfast was reasonable. What I liked best was the water pressure.

Had a great stay at Sunway hotel big box from the moment we check in, Vivienne was the one assisted us. She’s  very friendly and accommodating, I’m glad she already brighten up my day due to smooth check in. Our room was upgraded to my surprised and was able to check in way much earlier than their check in time. We had a California king bed and single bed that is supposed to be just sofa bed. Reasonable price with nice buffet breakfast. Activities for my teen boy were just around and so convenient( laser tag, xpark, movies, books etc). This place is our next to go for sure every school short break😀

Used to be my favourite hotel. But recently i noticed that the quality of this hotel is getting worsen . No hand / face towels despite requesting few times.housekeeping kept saying no towels. Toilet papers are low qualities. . No laundry bag. Water bottle caps recycled. Dusty. Housekeeping - geting worse. Pillows not comfortable at all..

Good service and check in was fast. Near to sunway puteri hill and gd shopping place , not crowded .
