Always a joy to return to Sunway Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, sweet, and genuinely customer-oriented. We came back to celebrate our anniversary and were delighted when ms. Tharsh personally hand-delivered a cake to us. It was so wonderful to see her again, as we’ve always had great experiences with her — such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. This time, we were traveling with our kids, and they were equally impressed by the outstanding hospitality. Everyone made us feel truly welcome. A special mention to Duty manager, Mr Syahmi who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He shared many useful tips on places to visit and instantly made us feel comfortable, even after a long and tiring drive. Sunway Hotel continues to impress us with its exceptional service and warm hospitality. We always look forward to coming back!

This is my first time staying at the hotel. It was a great experience and I loved it. The room is so nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is not the best but we are happy with the way they have presented it. The hotel is attached to the mall and I think it’s a great spot to visit and I will definitely return to the hotel in the future.

It’s our repeat stay at this establishment. Staff service is good for reception, housekeeping and service staff during breakfast. Food is good as always and wide selection to choose from. We had an excellent stay and looking forward for the next visit.

I have stayed in Sunway bigbox hotel for about 5 times. I love everything about it. Hotel lobby looks grand, with very pleasant scents lingering around. Room is big, clean and family friendly. I would recommend the stay for Singaporeans who wanna have a short staycay in JB.

Location is good, some shops around. Quiet pretty area. Smallish gym. Hotel is clean but amenities lacking. Only provided 2 large bathing towels but no medium or face towel.

We was shocked that the sofa bed had a big stain (maybe dried pee stain), however my husband didnt wanna waste time to wait for another room, so we didnt make a complaint. We just put a towel to cover it and avoid any eye contact to the disgusting stain. We also cant let our kid to sleep there. The blanket also had few drops of blood stain, sigh. The bathroom basin also dirty too. Bath towels all were very seasoned which can just recycle. Very disappointed even the staffs most were friendly. I think i wont stay here again.
