New York Hotel

Big room, easy n fast check in, good breakfast. *Disadvantages is the bathtub as I feel not a good access for old n convalescent persons as it is high to climb into n not friendly to my point of view. And the parking access if can validate by coupon instead of TnGo card is also an added advantage as can be prevented earlier upon request then having only an hour to validate at lobby receptionist 🙏 All other matters is great. Friendly staffs n good location.

A/C abit noisy, approached to receptionist but only came to view once, btw variety of breakfast selection, can book if you driving here, theres free parking for customers.

No air conditioner and no hot water for 2nd day and happen almost 12 hours. From 11am to 10.30pm. Others tip top. Swimming pool at 11 floor

Location for this hotel is good as there are food options at night but the cleanliness and facilities are bad. There we 2 pairs of random sandals at the back of the curtains. The toilet door is in bad condition. The shower is standing in the bathtub and the water always flow out onto the floor even when you close the curtain. So the toilet is always wet. Not worth $70 over for 1 night in JB.

Cleanliness could be better, there was hair on the bed. Staff were polite and check in moved fast. Dated hotel but acceptable stay - good location and basic amenities were met. Aircon could be much colder.

This New York hotel near to many eateries. It is also very near to Pelangi Mall. We walk to there just need 15 minutes. We also walk to City Square Mall and it is just need 45 minutes. I give excellent to the hotel.

Location is good — very easy to grab around going KSL, mid valley. Room is Very spacious with large window of 2m. Shower pressure is good at 19th floor; but the bath tub leak(see picture ). Our bath towels look dirty and feel rough. Actually the bath mat looks cleaner and whiter than the bath towels. Breakfast spread is good but taste so so. Overall will recommend if you are not fussy. Most staffs are friendly.

Overall is good. cleanest, hygiene all in good order even though it’s a old hotel. Breakfast choices is good too. Nice stay, would rate them 9/10.
