only one lift out of 3 working due to external factors (power grid to building) .made waiting time extremely long for lift when check out. otherwise the bed and pillow is hard and good for resting

Great stay at R&F Princess Cove Boutique Homestay by Wan Li Property Management. Clean room, good location near JB CIQ, and host was very responsive. Cons: water pressure for shower very weak Overall stay is good 👍

Place was very clean and comfortable, with easy access to almost everything nearby. I travelled with my child, and my kid enjoyed the stay very much. We were lucky to have a million-dollar view, which made the experience even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back again on our next trip!

Nice place, good location. Sofa is really uncomfortable. Living room Air-conditioning is set to some timer that switches off every half hour or so. This is our 2nd time staying here so these discomforts became more apparent and hard to ignore.

it was nice for family staycation and great amenities. i just hope that they could maintain a good hygiene by regularly change the bedsheets, pillow case and rugs
