Stayed over for 1 night for a birthday celebratiion. Thankful for hotel staff who prepared a cake n balloons for the occasion. Love the service at the hotel. The stay would be perfect if the towels are cleaner. Spotted many stains on the bath towels and frills coming out of the hand towel. Perhaps they need a change.

Great for a one night stay, great views at high floor. Room is generally clean but tables had stains, cups were dirty too but nothing hot water can’t clean. Overall, quite wonderful! Service is fantastic, will be back!

We were early and completed the check in process and were told to come back later to collect our room keys but when we did, the reception couldn't find our keys, we had to ask different staff to help but they were busy as there were many guests and they forgot bout us. The hotel room was decent but aircon wasn't working well for our room, it was warm and the water heater doesn't work in the morning for our room too and the housekeeper forget to provide us with the small towel on our second night Other than that generally it is still a good place to stay as it is connected to mid valley. Very convenient. The security staff at the counter for luggage deposit were very friendly and gave us shopping bag for shopping.

Location is very convenient, connect to the Mid Valley shopping mall. Perfect for shopping, dining and massage next door.
The room is clean and spacious.
I like to fact that it’s on high floor which is very quiet despite is locate next to shopping mall.
The water dispenser is available right next to the rooms on the same floor which is very good and had put in ESG effort.
The free breakfast buffet is very crowded and needed to queue and wait. They even provide you when will be light traffic but still have to wait. Foos is fair only and the bowls, cups always out of stock or still washing which is pretty bad as a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is located together with the shopping mall. 1 - 3 mins walk between hotel and mid valley mall.

The location of the hotel is linked to Southkey mall which is great. The cleanliness is really poor. You can see the mould in the bathroom, which is not acceptable to me. It's is important to upkeep the hotel cleanliness. Breakfast has good spread but limited seating, go during peak hours will have to wait.

The location is excellent for those who like to shop. It’s right above the mall. The hotel room is clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was so so. Choices were limited and not the nothing great. And it was extremely crowded even at 915am.
