Planning a trip to the Philippines soon? Before you fly, there’s one important step you shouldn’t miss, it is the Philippines Arrival Card, or known as the eTravel registration.
It’s a fully online form that all travelers need to complete before arriving in places like Manila, Cebu, Boracay, Palawan, and other destinations across the country.
You’ll simply fill in your basic personal details and travel information.
Once you’re done, the system will generate a QR code. and make sure to save it on your phone or print it out, as you’ll need to show it when you go through immigration.
If this is your first time visiting the Philippines, don’t worry because the process is quick, simple, and usually takes just a few minutes as long as your details are ready.

The Philippines Arrival Card is now completed online through the country’s eTravel system, so travelers no longer need to fill out paper forms during the flight or at the airport.
Before arriving in the Philippines, passengers are required to submit important travel information online, including:

|---|---|
Basic Personal Details | Full name, date of birth, nationality, contact information |
Passport Information | Passport number, issue and expiry dates, issuing country |
Travel History and Health Declaration | Previous countries visited, recent illnesses, vaccination status (if required) |
Customs Declaration | Items such as food, agricultural products, or cash exceeding the allowed limit |
Once the registration is completed, you’ll receive a QR code confirmation.
This QR code is important because immigration officers may ask to see it when you arrive in the Philippines, so it’s best to save a screenshot on your phone or keep a printed copy as backup.
Printing is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.
Most travelers simply show the QR code on their phone upon arrival. However, carrying a printed copy is useful in case:
