Oakwood Residence Damei Beijing

Guomao Area Beijing|1.02km from Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station
Loved our stay at this hotel for the Chinese new year Holiday. Nearly everyone at the front desk speaks English, they are very polite, friendly and helpful with anything. They're so kind it makes me want to stay again just because of the front desk haha. Apart from the staff, the room was beautiful, large, big bed, great bathtub, well maintained, stunning view and a very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen had everything you possibly could need in terms of utensils. Gym is well equipped with technogym all though a bit small, but it has everything you need, very clean. Shame the pool wasn't open, so if you book hoping to swim, be sure to call and check if the pool has opened. For families with kids the location is perfect as it's in between multiple shopping malls and great indoor play places for kids, even has it's own mall attached to the hotel with a very cute play place on the third floor, if I remember correct. We tried a new place every day and they were all located within walking distance, happy Daughter! A play place called Mamatata is the only one I'd avoid if you want to shield your kids from nightmares, nasty zombies and skeletons growling are frequently appearing on the big screen. It's in a shopping mall on the opposite side of the road, one block away. Our Daughter cried her heart out because she got so scared when they suddenlt popped up, we had to leave as they didn't want to turn it off... Anyway, The play area they have for kids by the lobby could need some improvement, very cosy but many toys are broken etc. Deposit is high, 1000rmb a night, which is a little bit unnecessary I feel but it is what it is, you'll get it back if you don't break anything haha . We did break a glass though but they didn't want to charge us for that, very kind. I'd definitely come again!

Ibis Hotel (Beijing Chaoyang Joy City)

Guomao Area Beijing|1.91km from Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station
We stayed at Ibis Hotel (Beijing Chaoyang Joy City) since it was the cheapest hotel near the US Embassy when we searched Trip.com. It's about 25 minutes away from the embassy. The location, however, is very poor. The hotel is mostly used for nearby business and factories to house their guests. There are two restaurants next to the hotel, but both close at 9 PM. There's a 24-hour convenience store, as well. Food delivery is pretty quick, and a robot will deliver it to your room. There are malls not too far away, and lots of parks nearby. The rooms were very clean, as is the hotel lobby. The beds decently comfortable. The bathrooms offer privacy with a wooden door, unlike the glass bathrooms in so many Chinese hotels. The staff is very helpful and friendly, but I don't think any of them speak English. Besides the location, the only two cons regarding the hotel is (1) that even though it was mid-April and 80 degrees F (27 C), they refused to turn on the AC, and the room got a little warm. (2) The bathroom is clean but small, with a large sink that almost reaches over the toilet. Forget about using your left hand while on the toilet. For the second night, we asked for another room, but we were told that all of the bathrooms are the same. If you are not in Beijing for sightseeing, this place will be fine if you have business in the Chaoyang district. But if location is important, this is not the place.

Beijing Liyuan Apartment
4.4/540 Reviews
Yansha Commercial Area
Consistent with the photos, it is a studio apartment in a residential building. The sound insulation is good and it is relatively safe. The environment of the community is good. There is a Vientiane Mall nearby, where restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping are available. The facilities in the house are a bit outdated. The advantage is that it is very close to Chaoyang Station. , you can enter the station within a five-minute walk out of the community, which is the best choice for getting up early to catch the train. But one thing to remind, although it is very close to the station, the entrance to the station is on the first floor. After entering, you have to walk a long way and take two elevators to get to the waiting room on the second floor. You have to go through security checks before getting on the elevator , so still have enough time.

Hanting Hotel (Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station)

We stay at hanting many time we vusited china Overall ok and we like to stay in this hotel chain, but all the front desk staff couldn't speak english, so we had a hard time communicating. We had a bad experience when we stayed , one of the front desk (ms.lie fang fang) very harshly talked to my daughter while my daughter asked her how to take our package. When I reprimanded her, her say sorry and tried to give us a complimentary breakfast voucher and some coffee....we rejected it...because we don't need complimentary things like that we need her Hospitality like other Hanting hotel front desks we meet. The others very helpful.

It is super close to the place where I have class, so it is very convenient, this Super 8 hotel is my first choice. The overall feeling is very good, the front desk staff are very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are relatively clean. The items are also relatively complete. There is no breakfast booked, so I don’t know how the breakfast is. It also gave us plenty of time when we left. thank you very much Come again next time, will consider
Header Hot Spring Hotel

Guomao Area
I bought a 12-person package for two. During the period, I encountered a very magical thing. When I went into the women’s bath to change clothes, I found that there was a male baby about ten years old next to me. I was happy to die. I played with his mother’s breasts there, and then his mother made a hearty laugh. I was shocked and shocked. The waiter stood next to me and looked at it. I didn't understand what the regulations of this hotel were. Such a big male baby can also enter the female bath. I was scared to put on a swimsuit and soak in the outdoor hot spring. Other aspects are very good, the hotel bed is very popular, the health is also good, although the self-service writing sun seafood is mainly Inner Mongolian food, it is still in line with the taste, in addition, the hot spring pool is a bit small, soaking in the special bath is charged, but in the Chaoyang area, such hot springs are also barely accepted. In addition, the fruit buffet at the entrance of the hot spring is delicious, and the fat fish in the lobby is very fun.
