My stay here was a delightful surprise! The hotel is beautifully clean and elegant, with a great location and lovely views from the window, making for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. A special shout-out to the front desk lady who was incredibly thoughtful and proactively offered me a free late check-out – her service was wonderfully warm and attentive. It was super convenient having the hotel's own restaurant; the food was outstanding, and we even got a 10% discount with our room card. The staff there were also very friendly and helpful. This place offers incredible value for money, and it's definitely an excellent choice for accommodation. I'll certainly be staying here again on my next visit.

We got an upgraded room, and the kids absolutely loved it! It was fully equipped with plenty of complimentary vouchers. The bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean. The room itself was large, and the bed was big and comfortable, easily accommodating two adults and two children without any issues. We slept soundly all night without any itching or discomfort. The two balconies were lovely and offered direct views of the river. Once we parked, we didn't need to drive anywhere; exploring the surrounding area on foot was very pleasant. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the hotel even had robots deliver takeout to the room, which was convenient. Laundry facilities were also handy. The staff on every floor were very enthusiastic. Definitely worth a stay!

Holiday Inn Express is my top choice when visiting Guilin! It's right in the city center, making it super convenient to walk to Zheng Yang Pedestrian Street, Elephant Trunk Hill, and Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. Everything from dining to entertainment is easily accessible. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good too. The breakfast on the top floor was excellent, especially the freshly made Guilin rice noodles – so chewy and delicious. Jolin provided warm and attentive service. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The facilities are excellent and comprehensive. The room is spacious and very clean, and the decor is quite pleasing to the eye. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Twin Towers. The hotel service is great, very warm and welcoming. They even called and sent a travel guide before check-in. Luggage storage was also super convenient. I stayed so comfortably that I extended my stay by an hour, haha! It was a wonderful experience in Guilin, and I plan to stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel is located right by Rong Lake, near the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, which is very quiet. In the mornings, you can hear birds chirping from the park. It's a 15-minute walk to the free Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, and a 7-minute walk to see the Sun and Moon Pagodas at night, where you can also take a cruise. This location pretty much covers all the attractions in Guilin city. All the hotel staff were lovely, and I especially want to thank a female staff member or supervisor at the front desk – I'm not entirely sure which she was. It had been raining for days, and after checking out, we canceled our train to Yangshuo, fearing flooding and that we wouldn't be able to enjoy ourselves there. She told us that since we had traveled so far, we should still go and see it, as the scenery is beautiful and it doesn't rain constantly; we wouldn't know until we got there. So, we re-bought our tickets and went. She even helped us make a waterproof cover for our child's camera, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we got there, we found it hadn't rained for the past two days, and we were able to enjoy bamboo rafting and everything. The scenery truly was breathtaking, and it was definitely worth the trip! Coming all the way from Beijing, it certainly made our long journey worthwhile. We came here in a hurry this time and didn't plan anything, relying entirely on the information and advice from the front desk concierge. Their explanations made everything so much clearer. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip.

The room was very clean and had a cozy, natural wood aesthetic. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the shower had great water pressure and a comfortable temperature. After showering, my baby and I snuggled on the sofa to watch TV. When we got sleepy, we just crashed and had a wonderful night's sleep. The bedding was incredibly comfortable too. In the morning, after breakfast with the baby, we went to the rooftop to take photos with the 'Sky Mirror' – it turned out great! There's also a kids' play area, laundry, and a lounge on the first floor. The price was fantastic, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The location is excellent, with super convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby, just a few steps from the metro station. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciate. However, the downside is that they seem to have some issues with the property management, making parking inconvenient. My friend couldn't even drive in to pick me up. Also, the Wi-Fi signal isn't very good.

A hidden design gem tucked away in the city, with exceptional and attentive service from Lingzhi. The blend of walnut wood and glass creates a sophisticated, understated elegance. The fully smart home system is incredibly convenient, and the Sealy mattress offers the perfect balance of softness and support. The Tsinghua acoustic soundproofing is absolutely brilliant. The citrus aromatherapy is so calming, and every detail is thoughtfully considered. A must-stay for anyone who loves unique, boutique experiences.

This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area.

First off, the location is super central, making it really easy to get to Elephant Trunk Hill. There are tons of places to eat and drink nearby too. The room itself had no weird smells; in fact, it smelled nice. They provided a full set of toiletries, and I especially appreciated the alcohol wipes for the toilet – that’s something many hotels don't offer, though it would be great if they provided a few more. And seriously, the pillows were so comfortable! Definitely lives up to the Atour standard.
