The hotel's location is excellent, right in West Street. The environment is great, and downstairs there's a snack street, making shopping very convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, with a free laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. The service was also very satisfactory; everyone had a smile on their face, which is a big plus. The room was very nice, clean, and tidy. Highly recommended!

A wonderful family hotel with spacious rooms, a pool and a very peaceful atmosphere. We stayed here as a family with children and really enjoyed our time. In Yangshuo, many hotels have beautiful mountain views, but this hotel stands out because it is not only scenic, but also very quiet, peaceful and comfortable inside. For us, this was a huge advantage. This is a warm family-style hotel where you feel that the owners truly care about every guest. The hostess was always nearby and personally paid attention to the quality of service. The staff were very friendly, polite and always ready to help. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done on time, and everything felt well maintained. For this level of room, the price was very reasonable, which makes the hotel a very good value for money. Another big plus is the swimming pool. For a family trip, especially with children, having a pool at the hotel is a real advantage compared with many other hotels in the area. One of the nicest details was the afternoon tea with sweets — it made the stay feel even more welcoming and personal. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you need in the mountains. The garden, the views, the fresh air and the peaceful environment helped us rest properly. The night before, we stayed in another hotel where it was noisy and uncomfortable because of construction nearby, so here we especially appreciated the silence, cleanliness and comfort. We finally had a proper rest. This hotel is a great choice for families, for people travelling with children, and for anyone who wants a quiet and cozy place surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. В Яншо, как мы поняли, у многих отелей есть красивые виды на горы, но большое преимущество именно этого отеля в том, что здесь не только красиво, но ещё и очень тихо, спокойно и комфортно внутри. Для нас это было огромным плюсом. Это уютный семейный отель, где чувствуется настоящая забота о гостях. Хозяйка всегда была рядом и лично контролировала качество обслуживания. Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый, всегда старался помочь и сделать проживание максимально комфортным. Номер был очень просторный, чистый и удобный. Уборка проводилась вовремя, всё было аккуратно и приятно. Для такого уровня номера цена, на наш взгляд, очень недорогая, поэтому соотношение цены и качества здесь отличное. Отдельный большой плюс — наличие бассейна. Для семейной поездки, особенно с детьми, это действительно важное преимущество по сравнению со многими другими отелями в этом районе. Также нам очень понравились приятные детали: послеобеденный чай со сладостями, зелёный двор, красивые виды, свежий воздух и общая спокойная атмосфера. В горах именно такой отдых особенно ценен — здесь можно по-настоящему расслабиться и восстановиться. Ночь до этого мы провели в другом отеле, где рядом шла стройка, было шумно и душно. Поэтому здесь мы особенно оценили тишину, чистоту и комфорт. Мы наконец-то хорошо отдохнули. Отель отлично подойдёт для семей с детьми и для тех, кто ищет не шумное место, а спокойный, уютный отдых среди красивой природы. У нас остались очень тёплые впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Очень рекомендуем.

The first floor has an indoor children's play area and a huge lawn, so much fun that the kids didn't want to leave. The infinity pool on the second floor is perfect for kids to splash around and play, totally enhancing the vacation vibe. The rooftop observation deck is incredibly photogenic! Sipping afternoon tea with a breeze, you can take some truly beautiful photos here. Breakfast was rich in variety and delicious; the kids ate their fill. The staff were super friendly towards children, service gets full marks. The room is well-equipped with a mini-fridge, and the environment is beautiful with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Guilin's mountains and rivers! The service is comprehensive; they helped with laundry and drying, and a small robot delivered items to the room the next morning, which was very high-tech and convenient. The front desk staff were all very warm and patient, even giving out 'Ding Ding liquid' (hand sanitizer) and Guilin fans. Most importantly, the bathroom features a 'wet and dry separation' design, making it very clean, hygienic, and convenient. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the old town and the train station!

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the city center. It's incredibly close to all the attractions, no matter where you want to go. I feel like booking during off-peak times truly offers great value for money. It's perfect for families traveling with elderly people or children. They have a kids' play area, a swimming pool, a laundry room, and even a dryer. The photos were taken from the hotel's rooftop.

Just a short walk to the Li River, near the Yellow Cloth Reflection. Compared to hotels in Xingping Ancient Town, this place is much quieter, surrounded by a natural, unspoiled atmosphere, and parking is very convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast is great, and the wontons are delicious. The hotel's own food is also excellent; I wish we had known earlier, we wouldn't have bothered looking for restaurants in town. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and helped us with many issues. The swimming pool is a highlight, especially at night when the lights are on, it's very relaxing. Highly recommended.

The hotel is wonderful — the panoramic windows are an absolute delight. Waking up to such a breathtaking view is truly unforgettable. The hotel has everything you might need, and the staff are incredibly caring and always ready to help with any question. One of the best features is the scooter rental service. It’s extremely convenient — renting a scooter for the day allows you to explore all of Yangshuo and its beautiful attractions with total freedom. The only small nuance is the breakfast. It is more focused on traditional Chinese dishes, so for Europeans there are fewer familiar options besides toast with butter and some fruit. I would recommend booking a room without breakfast and enjoying breakfast anywhere in the city — especially if you rent a scooter. That’s exactly what we did and found a wonderful place for breakfast.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, paying attention to every detail. The kids absolutely loved the playground and pool, and they even got to make little handcrafted fans – it was a wonderful experience! 👍 The hotel's location is superb; all the iconic attractions are within walking distance, and many must-try restaurants from the 'must-eat list' are right around the hotel. Plus, there's parking available right at the hotel entrance with someone to guide you.

Our first stop in Guilin, and the hotel's location is excellent! It's right near the entrance of Elephant Trunk Hill (Gate 1), surrounded by tons of great food and drink options. There's a 'Banben Guilin' rice noodle place nearby that's absolutely delicious. We also tried a recommended restaurant from the hotel, and they even offer discounts for kids. A huge plus is the VIP通道 (VIP access) from the hotel directly into the scenic area. The facilities are comparable to a 4 or 5-star hotel. From the moment the doorman helped with our luggage to checking out, the service was exceptional. The room itself was great, layout and all. They even offer free costume rentals and complimentary afternoon tea. You can also upgrade to breakfast for a small fee. Parking is conveniently located right outside the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience!
