⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The rooftop view of Guilin Port House is amazing! The 9th floor is under renovation, I thought I would miss the beautiful view. Fortunately, Miss YanHong took us up to see the view enthusiastically. When you step into the 9th floor, you will see the construction site. When you walk to the balcony, you will feel like you are in a dreamland above the city. The view upstairs is very wide. The landscape painting of Guilin unfolds slowly in front of you. The mountains in the distance are like dark blue, and the city streets nearby is amazing. The layout of the building is exquisite, adding a bit of vitality and comfort. Miss YanHong took us to see the night view at 8:30. The lights were on, shining like stars, this is a great place to relax, whether it is a couple hugging to watch the sunset, or chatting with friends to enjoy the night view (I chatted with YanHong, who I just met, for 2 hours upstairs). Really enjoyed my stay !

What a wonderful experience for us all as a family. When we saw the room, we instantly felt comfortable. Their warm welcome made us feel like home. We can't wait to come back again and will surely recommend to friends and family. The hotel offered discount tickets to attractions but when I checked into my next hotel, the next hotel offered even cheaper tickets for the same attractions, and my cab driver also offered cheaper tickets.

Close to the hotel were many restaurants offering affordable food, and convenient stores. The touristy West Street 西街，was just 5 minutes’ walk away. What I liked most about this hotel was the viewing gallery and restaurant (also cafe and bar) at the rooftop, where I viewed a magnificent sunrise, and had dinner while gazing at the picturesque scenary. The food was good. I will stay in this hotel again should I re-visit Yangshuo.

Becoz of her, we are willing to give 5 stars ! Cons : Lake view, almost fully blocked by the roof of the restaurant below, which is a total disappointment ! Neverthe less, stunning mountain view. Room tips : Go for a higher floor, the lake view might be slightly better. Do add some fake grass carpet over the roof for a more pleasant sight.

Like the location as it is smacked in West street. Views are awesome. Down side is that West Street is crowded and could be a little noisy as you can hear the music from the bars in the area but if you close the door and windows it can block out most of the noise. Also, a little difficult to walk on the cobbled street with luggages as car cannot enter West street so you will have to walk for a bit. Hotel provide free drinks/coffee/tea at the lobby. Plus point: my room have a bird view of the entire West street with the mountains as a back drop. They also have a nice rooftop for photography with pool.

Excellent experience! Very nice staff, very very clean, fully equipped. No smoke of cigarettes, the hotel actually smelled very nicely and fresh. The rooms are clean and completely new. Front desk lady helped us a lot with getting transported! Highly recommend! The beds are a bit hard but that's the standard in China, they're very comfortable still and new. So it's just their preference I assume. Loved the M60 Plus toilet !

This time I stayed at Bantian Yunshui Hotel. I was very satisfied. The room was exquisitely decorated, with good lighting, clean and comfortable beds, and a good night's sleep. The front desk was friendly, answered all questions, and the service was efficient. The location was very good. It was very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. The breakfast was the local specialty Guilin rice noodles, which tasted great. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is a good choice, recommended, recommended

This is a very nice hotel, clean and new. Shortcomings are that the location is on top of the high place in the small alley and there is no car/ vehicle allowed to go into the hotel. Try to minimise your luggage as you will have to walk a long distance from the station to the hotel. Even we tried to ask the hotel if they can use an electric motorcycle to help to send our luggages out but it wasn't possible. So it was a bit of a hectic to go in and out with big luggages

Booked a family room and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room is clean, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen and laundry staff are also very helpful. Only minor negative point is the toilet door cant be locked and the control for lights for 2nd room is located in 1st room. Other than that it's been a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Its main butler service has been deeply experienced in every stay of mine, especially this time. As soon as I landed in Nanning, I felt as if a warm family feeling was welcoming me. My mobile phone rang, and after answering it, I heard the gentle voice of a lady who asked me about my approximate arrival time and check-in requirements. This meticulous care warmed my heart, as if I had returned home. The location of the hotel is very good. Although there is construction nearby, it did not affect my check-in experience. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, the enthusiasm of the staff made me feel at home. Although it was sunny in Nanning that day, the temperature was still a little cool. I looked around for a long time before choosing this hotel, and I was not disappointed. The front desk was professional and fast when I checked in. A nice hotel to stay in a safe neighbourhood. Front staff were also friendly and helpful. Location wise, it was slightly far from the main shopping area and we had to DiDi everywhere (though a short distance). Might not be the best choice for international travellers who would like to be in the hustle and bustle of the city. For local travellers, it might be a great choice nevertheless.

The location is very good, just a few dozen meters away from the subway entrance. The front desk is on the 20th floor and the rooms are on the lower floor. You have to swipe your card to go upstairs, but I don’t know how the delivery boy got upstairs. A little strange. Although it is located next to a road in a busy city, the sound insulation effect of the exterior wall is very good. The sound insulation effect of the interior wall is very average. I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of elevator repairs or something else. The room is very small. It's fine for one person. But it might be a bit crowded for two people. If you want to be more comfortable, I suggest you change to a larger one. The sanitary conditions are average. I brought my own sheets and quilt, so I didn't pay too much attention to the details. The waiters will do simple cleaning every day (changing garbage bags, replenishing water, cleaning toilets) without changing bed sheets and quilt covers. The ventilation conditions are not good, and there is always a smell of old friends. Maybe the whole city smells like this... Overall, it’s all in vain.

We really enjoyed our stay in this great hotel next to the airport. We spend here two days and everything looked really great. Rooms where really up to date with all the extra’s. The staff is number 1 why I would come back here (Haining and bingeing) They helped us with everything, trips, food etc. Also the people in the restaurant were really great. The chef asked us what we would like and they would cook these dishes. Haining gave the best service I ever experienced because we don’t speak any Chinese and wouldn’t come far without her. Thank you for everything!
