GGuest UserThe hotel's shuttle service is back this year, which is super convenient. You can catch the shuttle at Gate 1 on the 1st floor of the airport. They'll send you a timetable once you've booked. Breakfast is decent, and luggage storage is available. While the windows don't open, the view is still quite nice.

XXiejunwen sevenLocated in the rich area, in the office building, the safety and health of access is tall. There are Japanese dishes downstairs, Mexican dishes, local South American dishes, very convenient, and the service is polite and thoughtful. recommend.

GGuest UserSome of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

DDr. Julio BernalI am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient. I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you

YYi1111yiThe hotel is close to the Ninth Park and the surrounding area is quite lively. The room is large, but the balcony is connected to the next room. When we did not open the balcony door, the waiter actually opened the door when we were out. He kept saying that Bogota's security is average, so I was a little scared! Everything else is OK, but there is a subway being built next to it, which is a bit noisy

KKenny Kai YuenGreat F&B at the restaurant beside the lobby. Coffee shop has beans can buy for souveniers. Check in and out was a breeze with their great courteous staffs. Gym room was great with fruits and water and just enough machines. Pool looked nice too. The only downside is the room faced the main road with noisy motorbikes sound penetrated through the windows.

JJohn SanchezThe best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️
On the other hand the steam room is super!

The price/performance ratio of this hotel is slightly higher in comparison, the service is quite good, and the decoration is not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty much the same every day (which can't be helped).
