I stayed at this guesthouse for a couple of nights and was really satisfied with the experience. The room was cozy and spotless, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the shower had good water pressure—small things, but they made a big difference. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or local tips. The location is super convenient, close to cafes, shops, and tourist spots. It’s not a luxury place, but for the price, it’s definitely a great find. I would happily stay here again.

It's a king bed room, the location is good and room is cleanliness, the counter staff is kindly, serves wit smils always, sure will book this hotel again.

Comfortable, clean, convenient location. Got free upgrade due to maintenance of our selected room type. Good price, book early. Nice ambience and decor. Free water cooler for refill at reception. Deposit of 50RM is cash only. Famous Hua Mui has an outlet downstairs, great for breakfast, brunch option. Provides toothbrush and tooth paste, bedroom slippers, shampoo and soap. Provides 2 mineral water bottle. No facial tissue provided, only toilet roll.

This hotel is almost perfect! (Would be 10/10 if have washing machine & dryer). Bidet would be useful as not everyone will be comfortable to use the automatic toilet seat bidet. But other than that, room was very spacious! My husband and I love this hotel sooo much! It was very spacious, the king size bed was great, love it!

Staying here with my family for two nights. The unit is clean, and it's suitable for our needs, which can fit many people. Good location and good service. Thanks to the owner, we really had a great experience staying here. 😆😆

The space is huge, the concept of the stay is brilliant. The room is spacious, the price is very affordable. I paid RM 100 for 2 double beds that can fit 4 people. The condition of the room is considered great. It looks new, equipped with basic facilities like tv, wifi, kettle, hot shower and wardrobe. The place is peaceful, you can see petronas. The downside is i got a bit itchy from the bed and comforter and there are a lipas inside the toilet.I think it has enormous potential to go high but the location is a bit of a challenge since it's located in a secluded area with no people and tourist attractions. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay

The room doesn't provide iron nor kettle which the management put them outside at the hallway for public use. You can stay here for our UTHM's event considering this hotel is the nearest to the University.

The hotel was clearly refurbished and updated. Would have given it a perfect 10 except for the fact that the receptionist who insisted I produce proof of receipt from Trip that I had paid the tourism tax, even though THEIR SYSTEM INDICATED THAT THE TAX HAD BEEN PAID. The problem was I had forgotten to bring my handphone and couldn’t access my email. I told him that I had NEVER encountered such a requirement whenever I booked with Trip. And he said it was a new rule. Yet when I checked in at another hotel the next day, they do not have such a requirement. I had no choice but to pay the tourism tax again. Hope Trip would look into it and get them to refund the money to me.

The location is great near with everything like fast foods, cafes & restaurant ~ got free parking available for guests. Need deposit RM50 which is refundable.

Fire alarm activated but no announcement as Wether to evacuate or not. Luckily happen in the day. Found lizard’s **** at corner of room. Not enough table top to use. No hooks in bathroom to hang clothes. Near the train station & bus station. Only 7 min by car.
