My stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.
The hotel is quite satisfactory, except that it is a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. It is very good. The location is convenient and the service is in place! The room was OK, relatively large and spacious. Although not new, it was not bad. We arrived early and the hotel had not yet cleaned up the room, so we had to wait a long time, but overall it was OK. There was a tall young girl at check-in, and the service was average. Everything else was good, except for the bad morning.
The customer service of Mr. Nick at the hotel reception was great.
Also, I definitely want to visit Sao Paulo 🌷 The location is also a safe area, and it was convenient to disturb acquaintances' houses and restaurants. The content of the breakfast buffet on the 28th floor was very substantial and the scenery was the best.
The internet is good, although it often drops out and needs to be reconnected.
The windows cannot be opened, the price is very expensive, and the room is very small
The most unacceptable thing is that the mattress is messy, and it is uncomfortable for people with bad backs to sleep on it. The air conditioner is very noisy and blows towards the bed
Very good hotel, kind staff and great location.
The disappointment was with Trip.com that sells a “lottery option” for the type of accommodation saying that it can be twin or king size bed to be decided by the hotel upon arrival. This isn’t correct. Obviously the hotel will give the cheaper option and the twin bed. Completely misleading by trip.com and/or by the agreement made with the hotel. Either way, an unnecessary stress after an intercontinental flight of more than 12h, tired and hoping to rest, though we had to go through the embarrassment and lengthier check-in process.

I have to give a big thumbs up to this hotel! I stayed in three hotels in Brazil: Fairmont, Grand Hyatt, and this one! This one is the most cost-effective! Breakfast included is 1200+, and the room is also very good! The toiletries are L'Occitane, and there are conversion plugs! ! ! The most important thing is that it is very close to Avinida Paulista, a 30-second walk, and Paulista Street is on the right when you go out! ! The shopping mall is 2 minutes away, and MASP Sao Paulo Museum of Art is only 5 minutes away! ! ! I strongly recommend staying here! It is much better than the Grand Hyatt which costs 2000 yuan! ! !
It is a luxury five-star hotel. The lobby is very stylish and the experience is very good! Although there are already psychological expectations for South American hotels, Renaissance is still about the same level as domestic. It is worthy of this price.
Hotel environment is very good, sanitary conditions are good, very clean. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are perfect. The breakfast is good, the food is rich, the fruit is a lot, and it is very fresh.

Great
SSernaA wonderful hotel, which especially pleased with the breakfasts. Including gluten-free options. The hotel has a SPA - a good massage was very useful after a long flight. On the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can have a delicious dinner. The hotel itself is a little tired, but definitely better than the neighboring Grand Mercury, and the price difference is not great.

WWuhuzuirenThe hotel in Sao Paulo is really expensive, the price is relatively poor, the room of 1600 has no slippers, other services are worse than domestic, but it is still cost-effective around.

CChristopherA nice and well-appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful service, comfortable rooms, and a quite good breakfast. The spa was nice and offered a solid massage at a reasonable price. The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.

GGuest UserThere is a shuttle bus, the breakfast is rich and delicious. If you are transiting in Sao Paulo, you can stay here. It is a very good hotel and the surrounding area is also safe. It is worth recommending.
