Starphire Hotel

Prince Edward and Tai Kok Tsui
It’s my 1st time staying in this newly opened hotel since Sep 2022. Location wise despite it is located within the old industrial area, with just a little walk to the left you find McDonald’s, 7-11 and the local supermarket there. A short walk to the right you will be reaching the nearest Prince Edward MTR station exit C2 which I would say it’s pretty convenient. The room is clean and new, with comfortable bed & strong water pressure of the shower. I’ve enjoyed my stay here throughout the week.
Silvermine Beach Resort

Islands District
Great place for a weekend getaway! In the beach, very chill environment. But don’t expect to much, the hotel is not modern, is with colonial arquitectura and is ok for overnight. The breakfast they offer 2 options: continental (the one I chose, see picture) or the Asian (noodles). Lantau is difficult to get taxi but the hotel staff can help you with that.

Tsuen Wan
Location wise, it is not in the middle of the city, but hotel provides shuttle, though it is full most of the time. Right in front of hotel there is a bus stop that can take you anywhere within minutes. Room is very spacious, totally not like other hotel in Hong Kong. And the view is very nice. Facilities are also great. They do have refrigerator in the room with a freezer, so stock some ice cream. Shower is nice, the water pressure and hot water are great. Coming to and going to the airport is not difficult, bus A38 stops very close. Just a 200m walk. I must say, this is the best choice I've made so far staying in HK.

North Point and Quarry Bay
I got some business for this trip to H.K. This room type is above an average standard of most hotels nearby the same area, reasonable price for good room size. Traditional market in front of the hotel,Ding ding bus station convenient for slow steps travel to main sites north side of H K island. Little delayed for check in due to the operations of hotel. Tidy setup for all facilities in room. Good harbour view 2/3 panorama view at level 26. Recommend this hotel for business,or single child family trip to HK.

Airport
This was my second time staying at the Regala. It’s a very pleasant stay before your flight. The standard rooms are actually bigger than the sea view rooms and the beds are also bigger and comfortable. The rooftop is amazing as you can have a great view of the planes taking off and land, it is a truly unique view. However, this time around they had drained the water from the pool which I was so disappointed about as I like to have a swim. I feel a little cheated as I’m not getting what I paid for. As I frequently fly from HK, I will stay at the hotel again, but please don’t drain the water from the pool just because it’s not in season. Hate that policy!

Empire Hotel Hong Kong - Causeway Bay

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
Great hotel not far from restaurants and the metro. It is a perfect location for the Pier as well since we had to be there for an event the next day. It wasn’t easy to find a taxi early morning. They offer a nice breakfast buffet for 132HKD. Rainfall shower, which was nice and warm. We had an amazing view from our room. I do wish checkout could be 12p but hey it was all good. Easy check in and out process. Great access to where we needed to be on our day two as well!

Hotel COZi Oasis

Tsuen Wan
Well equipped gym, although treadmills weren’t working. The staff were kind and very helpful. The cleaners did not take notice of the do not disturb sign, so even when I wanted to sleep late into the morning, I couldn’t, because they would knock at the door and open it. Room was clean and spacious and location not too bad. 15 min walk to the nearest subway
