My stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt. They have both double and single rooms, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's right near a commercial center with a Starbucks, which is a great option. And a big bonus, there's even a Chinese restaurant nearby with decent food.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The property is newly built and everything feels very fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff was highly professional, polite, and always available to assist. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. The management deserves appreciation for maintaining such high standards across the property. Cleanliness was excellent in every corner, which is something I value a lot while traveling. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It's a new hotel that, on the surface, looks like a decent option. My personal experience wasn't great. There was hammering/drilling every morning at 9am. The fitness room was being renovated - there was no mention of this when booking. The Pillows in the room were one type and was causing me neck pain, when I asked if they had any other pillows, I wss told there's only 1 type. The location is terrible - there is gridlock traffic outside the hotel and I would advise you to book an uber at least 20 mins earlier than you need it as it will invariably arrive late. I would not stay here again mainly because of the issues with the location. All my other complaints, could be improved upon if the hotel management wants to.

I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!

Everything was great! The room was a bit dated. The soundproofing between rooms wasn't very good. Otherwise, everything was fine. The metro is within walking distance, if that's important to anyone.

Essentially a business hotel. Efficient for short visits to the city. Be mindful of late night check ins to the property , you may find many cross roads blocked temporary by the authority. Food is good & hygenic and place is clean. well behaved staff !

A wonderful, clean and beautiful hotel . Good rooms in the hotel , excellent restaurant , breakfast . Staff polite , responsive . Unlike the center of New Delhi, it's much quieter here . Very civilized . There are lots of shops and mini shops nearby. In rooms clean , everything works without interruption . A comfortable big bed . Fully corresponds to the stated characteristics on the website .
