Very Good
EEvgeniKrNot far from metro station Aerocity (15-20 minutes on foot) that is next station to the airport. But the area outside looks dodgy. Could be a bit difficult to find the place because Google Maps doesn’t know that hotel (look for nearby Hotel Ambrosia). The dinner (included in price) was really delicious. Had no chance to try breakfast due to early check out.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues.
The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great.
One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.
GGuest UserFrom the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen.
Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless.
I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time.
The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool
The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from
Lavazza machine was surprisingly good.
I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole
area, including the plants was tended immaculately by
staff that clearly enjoyed their job.
I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak.
All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my
room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste.
The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just
5 minutes walking away.
My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way.
On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me.
Thank you Novotel. Wonderful wonderful service all round. I will be back for sure
GGuest UserMy stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists.
The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient.
The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt.
Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.
GGB Asia-trotterThe hotel is close to Delhi airport. It suits the need as a commuter hotel very well. The hotel will arrange hotel transfers to/from the airport for 900rs each way. The hotel has a decent gym and pool area. The room was comfortable (once the ac was repaired by maintainence )which happened promptly upon complaining)).
GGuest UserIt's a very cosy and comfortable hotel. The rooms are nicely designed and has space for storing things. Loved the nook created to sit n enjoy the outside view. Would love to stay there the next time I'm in Delhi.
TtheequalcoGood room and general cleanliness, location is slightly out of the main areas in Delhi although just beside metro, breakfast options adequate but staff could be more helpful
GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end.
Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on.
The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously!
Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely.
Thank you Pride Plaza!!!
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit run down. The internet doesn’t work. On repeated complaints they came to fix it once but it still didn’t work afterwards. The service is average. Food ordered in the room was cold. Didn’t enjoy the stay much.
