Anonymous UserFacilities and club lounge was nice.
Cleanliness needed to be improved, understand it's holiday session and super busy. But some of the dust behind the chair and under the bed is not few days issue
Shutter bus expectations going to outlet was great. But return from outlet to hotel was extremely long waited till give up. Waited more than 30m.
Please drive yourself to outlet rather than depending on the shutter.
Comparison of breakfast between public and club lounge was a shock huge difference. Even lounge was limited food but the presentation and taste feel diff. (* Coffee also)

Syaa.18I really loved staying here! The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. 👍🏻
I forgot to request room decorations for our anniversary in advance, but fortunately, the staff were kind enough to accommodate my request. They surprised us with simple decorations and a complimentary cake, which made our special day even happier and more memorable. 🥰🎂
A special shout-out to Ms Ima, Ms Izza, Ms Aisha & Ms Betty for your great service. 👏🏼👏🏼 Your kindness truly means a lot to us.
The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also loved the view! We were lucky enough to enjoy views of the town, the sea, and the surrounding Klebang area. 🌊✨ Lastly, I really loved the breafast options & taste, it was variety and good quality of food 😍
I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. ❤️

Guest UserAmazing Stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hi, I’m Aida from Room 2138. I stayed at Hatten Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and I had such a wonderful experience!
From the moment I arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised that no deposit was required during check-in, which made the process even more convenient.
The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel was quite crowded during my stay, probably because of the Merdeka celebrations and school holidays, but the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable.
The only minor downside was that the lifts could get quite crowded, but honestly, that was just a small issue compared to the overall great experience.
The location is also a huge plus—very convenient and strategic. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay and will definitely be coming back again.
Highly recommended! ❤️

Guest UserThe room looks exactly like the pictures, no touch-ups needed. You can see the Malacca River from here. It's clean and hygienic, and the bedding is of good quality; I had three wonderful nights of sleep. The room was also cleaned very well every day 👍. The elevator was never crowded, always empty. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Jonker Street, and there are many delicious small eateries nearby, though you need to pay attention to their closing days and operating hours. After dinner, you can also take a leisurely stroll along the Malacca River to digest. The only thing that could be improved is that sometimes the breakfast replenishment isn't timely; it feels like the staff are overwhelmed, but the variety of food is quite good.

Guest UserThe front desk staff were very enthusiastic.
The hotel is newly opened and is already one of the better options in the area.
The hotel breakfast was average; while there were many options, the quality was just so-so.
The Strait of Malacca is nice.
You can also go to Jonker Street to try the 'monster instant noodles,' which are very unique!!!

Adelle AlsyMy partner and I enjoyed a slow 2-day, 1-night weekend getaway in Melaka. We left KL after work on Saturday, but even a regular weekend meant a 3‑hour drive—traffic was heavy. Still, the trip was worthwhile.
We chose The Lisbon Melaka for its quieter location, away from the busy Jonker Street, near the Portuguese Settlement and facing the Straits. The hotel opened less than a year ago and has a peaceful, resort-like vibe.
The lobby impressed us with its elegant blend of British colonial style and Peranakan touches, plus a resort-style pool with sun loungers that instantly set a holiday mood.
Our balcony room overlooked the pool. The balcony had two chairs and a small table, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon reading. We loved sitting there, enjoying the view and simply unwinding—that's our idea of slow travel. The room itself was clean, minimalist, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a stylish bathroom.
Minor downsides: the shower drain was slow, causing water to spill onto the floor, and there was no ceiling fan, so the AC-only room felt a bit stuffy after a while. Staff were friendly, though we barely needed them.
Overall, we had a restful stay. The design, location, and laid-back atmosphere outweighed the small issues. If you're looking for a quiet, character-filled retreat in Melaka, The Lisbon is a solid pick—just expect the long drive!

SanfentangnaichaOverall, I really liked this hotel with its strong Nanyang (Southeast Asian) charm. From the exterior to the room decor, everything felt great. It's within walking distance to attractions and close to the TBS bus station, just a fifteen-minute drive away.
However, there were a few things I wasn't happy about:
1. I didn't realize beforehand that breakfast here is à la carte and only starts at 7:00 AM. It also takes a while for the food to be prepared. Since we had already booked our bus back to Kuala Lumpur for 9:00 AM, there was no time to eat. It was a shame, and we couldn't get a refund either. The staff kindly packed two boxes of bread for us, but for a breakfast costing several hundred for four people, it wasn't worth it. If you want to enjoy breakfast properly, definitely plan your time carefully.
2. We were three adults and one child, but we were required to book two rooms. Even though the rooms were spacious, we couldn't add an extra bed.
3. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors showering and flushing the toilet at night, and it was quite noisy.
4. We were charged 600 RMB for the two rooms upon check-in. I paid with a credit card, but upon check-out, I was told the refund would take 15 business days to be credited back to my account. That's quite annoying.

Anonymous UserGood hotel ambience, large space for the room and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast has lots of variety & we enjoyed it. The location is a bit secluded but near with many attractions in ayer keroh. As for now, free parking is available. A convenient 3-min drive to the wedding place (villa istana melaka)

ly19790925The room was clean and tidy, and we even got some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies when we checked in – delicious! 😋 We could even catch a glimpse of the sea. 😄 Breakfast was quite varied, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. 👍🏻 Great value for money!
