The CONGQIANMAN Hotel, West Street Li River Branch

Back in Yangshuo, and so glad I chose this hotel! The photos on Ctrip are incredibly accurate, no touch-ups at all. This has to be the best-designed hotel I've ever seen, with ingenious concepts and incredibly modern, user-friendly room amenities that are clean, beautiful, and practical. The room design made for a really interesting stay. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, helping us with a small issue with great attention to detail and patience. The housekeeping and laundry staff were also very nice. Breakfast was super extensive and high-quality, easily on par with a five-star hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, pretty much the best spot in West Street. You just step out and you're in the heart of the shopping area, but it's surprisingly quiet with good soundproofing. The bed and pillows made for a very restful sleep. The price for all this is truly unbeatable! A great hotel really does make a trip happier!

The location is excellent, right across from West Street, making it super convenient to walk to restaurants. The tissues were cleverly tucked away inside the nightstand, almost missed them, haha! Overall, I'm very satisfied; it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Great location, truly excellent. The customer service was okay. My fault for not specifying, but it was a corner room, which I wasn't thrilled about. However, I didn't make that clear when booking. It's right across from West Street.

This is the most delightful hotel I've stayed at in Yangshuo! I booked for two nights and immediately extended for another. The location is absolutely prime, right in the heart of town. From the moment I walked in, I felt the staff's warmth and enthusiasm. We chose the tatami-style room, which my child absolutely loved. There's a dedicated butler service who proactively asks if you need your room cleaned and offers travel tips for the area every day. Plus, they have partnerships with local tour groups right at the entrance, offering better prices than what you'd find elsewhere. There's breakfast, a swimming pool, and even a restaurant with a scenic view upstairs. Highly, highly recommend!

The service was truly exceptional. Both the staff and the cleaning aunties were incredibly friendly. The environment is really nice, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the seventh floor offer a beautiful view of the street and mountains. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. It faced the street, offering a nice view, and was right across from West Street. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it was street-facing, it wasn't noisy at all. The front desk staff were all young, pretty ladies with great attitudes and strong service awareness – the boss should definitely give them a raise! I was too lazy to take pictures of the room, so here are just a few random shots.

The room facilities are very new and complete. The hairdryer was so good, I immediately looked it up on JD.com to buy one for myself. The location is extremely convenient; Xijie is right downstairs, making shopping and eating super easy. There's also a supermarket nearby where I bought a T-shirt and sandals. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I slept very soundly. The only thing is that my room faced the opposite corridor, so I had to keep the curtains drawn all the time for privacy.
