The resort's overall environment and landscaping are absolutely beautiful, with a very comfortable Jiangnan-style (Southern China) aesthetic. We stayed in a private hot spring villa with a well-designed layout and excellent privacy. It's pet-friendly, and although they charged a 300 RMB fee, our dog had a great time. The private hot spring requires two hours to fill in advance, and the staff taught us how to heat it, which was a good experience. However, they didn't show us how to drain it, and when we asked the next day, we were told, 'We already taught you yesterday,' which was a bit… *cringes*. Drawbacks: I've stayed in similar types of accommodations at this price point, but the service here wasn't as professional by comparison; there's room for improvement. The facilities are a bit dated (TV, air conditioning, water dispenser), the curtains were inconvenient to use, and the bathrobes seemed old. The check-in process wasn't very clear, and the public hot spring was crowded and not very clean. Overall, the good outweighs the bad. The environment and private hot spring are big plusses, making it suitable for a relaxing getaway.

As someone with high expectations for service (due to my profession), I was thoroughly impressed by the proactive service attitude of the staff at Junting Hotel and how efficiently the management handled issues. They truly deserve a thumbs-up! The security guard in the parking lot actively guided us to a parking spot and even helped us bring our luggage to the hotel lobby. We had a concern about noise in our room, and the manager and housekeeping supervisor patiently addressed it, actively offering solutions to ensure we were happy. They focused on making sure we had a good experience rather than arguing. We will definitely be back! Hotel highlights: The 11th-floor terrace restaurant is amazing, and it's close to Slender West Lake Scenic Area!

I have stayed at the Courtyard Marriot Yangzhou at least three times, and I have hosted a party there. The service and hospitality is fine. There is a nice rooftop restaurant and roof access for viewing and socializing. The roms are clean and comfortable, and spacious enough. Yangzhou is a busy tourist town, and this hotel is situated at an intersection surrounded by shopping malls. As a result, the area experiences heavy traffic and many e-scooters day and night. Another note, though less significant, is the hotel building is old. This doesn't impact comfort or services, but locals often avoid booking this hotel for VIP events, preferring more modern hotels near the convention center. The guesthouse boasts a prime location, just a few hundred meters from Dongguan Street and Caiyi Street, and is also close to other attractions. Taking a taxi to various places is also very convenient. The guesthouse rooms are cozy and clean, and the owner is kind, gentle, and patient. I highly recommend this guesthouse when you visit Yangzhou!

The hotel's location is fantastic, close to both Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street. Plus, there's a great soy milk shop right across the street with delicious Yangzhou snacks. The hotel service was excellent; they offer unlimited bottled water, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good too. This time, I got to enjoy breakfast while watching the marathon, which was a nice bonus.

A perfect experience with no disappointments! Located in the heart of Yangzhou, it boasts convenient transportation and a strong festive atmosphere. The receptionist, Xiao Wan, was incredibly helpful and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a larger, more comfortable room upgrade. When it got hot, they promptly brought us an air conditioner after we mentioned it. We also received a complimentary fruit gift box and a limited-edition Year of the Horse mascot upon check-in – attention to detail and luxury. The rooms were clean, tidy, and equipped with top-notch facilities. Staying here during the Spring Festival provided both a sense of family reunion and ultimate comfort – definitely 5 stars! The recommended dim sum restaurant was also excellent.

This hotel is incredibly clean and in a fantastic location, with plenty of food options right outside. The service was absolutely wonderful; both the front desk staff and the manager were so kind. I was feeling unwell, and they took such great care of me, even bringing me yogurt. The front desk lady even offered me walnut shortbread that her boyfriend gave her, though I couldn't eat it due to my condition. It's a truly excellent hotel, and I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel upgraded for free, the room is big and clean! Both the front desk switchboard and the room service are super meticulous and patient! Super cost-effective! It is a 6-minute drive to Yangzhou Station, very convenient! During the two-day tour of Yangzhou, all the people in the service industry I came into contact with are the business cards of Yangzhou tourism, and their service awareness is really super strong! Give Yangzhou a big thumbs up~

Had a fantastic trip! The location was super convenient for getting around, and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. I really appreciated the wet/dry separation in the bathroom – very practical. The AI features were incredibly easy to use, and the service was excellent. All the staff were so warm and polite. If I ever come back to Yangzhou, I'll definitely be booking the Novotel again. A big thank you once more to the hotel staff!
