Facilities: Very comprehensive and excellent. Hygiene: Very clean, spotless. Environment: Surrounded by large shopping malls for dining, supermarkets for groceries, and a whole lot more. Service: Very attentive. Just tell them what you need, and the front desk even sells bus cards!

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful pillow menu with multiple options – I chose the latex pillow and slept even better. It truly lives up to IHG standards. Plus, there's a large shopping mall nearby, which made dining and shopping super convenient.

There's nothing to see or do in the surrounding area; it's quite a remote part of Venice with a large Bangladeshi immigrant community. The room was tiny and cramped. I noticed most of the guests were Chinese tour groups. The Asian front desk attendant had a sort of fake smile. The restaurant staff, however, were very friendly and welcoming. I had booked a month in advance for two nights with breakfast for over 6000 [currency]. When I arrived, I saw it was 960 RMB per night – I almost fainted! Everyone, seriously, don't come here. Our local guide even said this area isn't particularly safe.

The hotel facilities are complete, the room is spacious, the breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety, and the front desk service is excellent and very welcoming.

The hotel is good, but the location is a bit out of the way, making it ideal for those traveling by car.

Overall, it was a good stay. This trip was mainly for business, and the breakfast was quite substantial. The service was also excellent, and the room was clean. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Venice.
