After arriving at Santa Lucia train station, you'll need to take the Line 1 water bus for about 40 minutes, plus a 3-4 minute walk, to reach the hotel. However, it's just one water bus stop away from St. Mark's Square, which has plenty of restaurants and bars, so it's reasonably convenient. I'd read reviews saying the reception was very enthusiastic, but I definitely can't agree with that.

This hotel boasts a convenient location, quiet environment, simple design, and consistent quality. While not luxurious, it offers excellent value for money considering its location, comfort, cleanliness, and service.

We booked a quad room. It wasn't huge, with one double bed and two single beds, but having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient! Breakfast was also good. The hotel's location was a little off the beaten path.

Great location! We took the airport shuttle to Piazzale Roma, then transferred to Vaporetto Line 1 and got off at Salute. The hotel was just a 5-minute walk from there. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the quality was good. The hotel was clean, but the bedding wasn't great – both the duvet and pillows were quite stiff. The front desk service was excellent, and they spoke English. The only downside was that there were two steps to get into the room, which made it a bit difficult with luggage. They did provide complimentary bottled water and snacks in the room. Overall, I was still very satisfied.

Away from the hustle and bustle, yet very close to the Vaporetto (water bus) stop. The service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was generous. The room was a bit small but very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Taking the #1 water bus made it incredibly convenient to get everywhere with easy transfers.

Perfect location and clean rooms with a good breakfast selection. However, the staff made us wait two hours at the front desk, claiming our rooms weren't ready. Meanwhile, other tourists were checking in without any wait. I was told that they had paid more and weren't on a special offer, which was very annoying and humiliating.

The hotel is located on a quiet island, very close to the train station via the adjacent pier. It's a 3-star hotel.
