We didn't request housekeeping on the second day. On the third day, when housekeeping came to clean, they didn't provide the small bottle of mouthwash, which was a bit disappointing."

"When I arrived at the hotel, no one helped me with my luggage. Only one employee was busy with valet parking. When I checked in at the front desk, the staff's attitude was also very official. I couldn't say they were indifferent or enthusiastic. My friend and I booked two rooms with our children and were told that they were not on the same floor. We needed to pay extra to upgrade to be arranged on the same floor. There was no sense of parent-child friendliness. Overall, it lacked the service quality that Park Hyatt should have. The room was not spacious, the corridor at the entrance was narrow, the sound insulation was average, the refrigerator was very noisy, and the sound of the subway passing by could be heard. The bar view on the 17th floor was good, and the cocktails were unique and delicious. The location was very convenient, and there was a famous brand street and museum just outside."

"This was my second stay. I was particularly impressed by the coffee machine in the lobby and the simple breakfast offered daily. The complimentary airport shuttle also made my overall travel arrangements very convenient. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. If you're comfortable using the local public transport, you'll find a bus stop within a 3 to 5-minute walk. I forgot to take photos during this second visit, but I easily used the bus to get to Mississauga city center and even Toronto's Union Station, which was incredibly convenient."

"The location is amazing, right across the road from Union station, which was super convenient as we arrived from Montreal on via train. The area is safe and clean. The hotel lobby and outside is magnificent and beautiful but unfortunately the rooms are very old and dated. The walls cracked and peeling. The walls are super thin so extreme noisy to the point where we couldn’t sleep. We could hear EVERYTHING in the adjoining room on both sides. It was a disappointment as we were so looking forward to staying at the Fairmont. The rooms need an update desperately!"

"While the facilities aren't particularly new and the lobby isn't particularly large, the service was excellent. When we arrived at the lobby to check in that evening, a gentleman mentioned our last name, perhaps noting we were traveling with our children. He enthusiastically explained the hotel's amenities and escorted us to the elevator. We later learned that he was Mr. Zhu, the lobby manager. 👍 We ate at the Chinese restaurant next to the hotel twice and it was quite good. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by lively surroundings. Union Station is less than a 15-minute walk away, making it convenient to take the UPE Express to the airport. There's also a 24-hour supermarket across from the hotel, which is also very convenient for shopping. We stayed three days and the breakfast was delicious. The 100 yuan coupon was easily redeemed. We returned to the hotel early one day, and the kids even swam for a while. 😎 The pool, while small, was quite nice overall."
