"The staff are incredibly friendly! The beds and lockers were brand new. There is also a rooftop yard. The cleaning staff cleans continuously from morning until afternoon. There is a water purifier in the shared kitchen, so you can drink clean water whenever you want. The restrooms are clean, and since they are used one person at a time, I felt comfortable leaving my personal toiletries and belongings there. Although I didn't use them, there is also a refrigerator, washing machine, and hot water dispenser."

"The receptionist on the first day was very friendly and checked us in once we arrived at the hotel. Breakfast starts at 630am, therefore, we're able to grab breakfast before our private Toronto tour operator picked us daily. They also arranged free transfer from hotel to Toronto Pearson Airport. However on the day of transfer to the airport we were down earlier than the pick up time but the receptionist was not too accommodating. Overall it's a pleasant stay at the hotel."

"The location is terrific and very convenient. The iconic landmarks are all within about half an hour's walk. Simple breakfast is provided daily. There are separate sections for working or socialising which are good. Only setback is that it can be quite disruptive if you are a light sleeper. Noises are inevitable given all pods are in the same space."
