Hyatt Place Toronto Airport ★★★
"clean and modern hotel"
Union Hotel ★★★★
"Ac at fault No heat available Reported fault twice before action was taken"
Spark by Hilton Toronto Airport ★★★
"The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The staff were warm and attentive, and hot water and coffee were available 24 hours a day. The location was convenient, very close to the airport (only a few kilometers away), making it a good choice for business trips."
Skye Hotel & Residences - BW Signature Collection ★★★
"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each)."
Toor Hotel Toronto, Part Of Jdv By Hyatt ★★★★
"It was okay, pretty standard. The front desk service was excellent, but the room comfort was just okay."
Samesun Toronto ★★★
"I love this hotel, it’s cheap and has best location. I will surely come back here soon."
Pantages Hotel Toronto Centre ★★★★
"Spacious room Facilities: Good! Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent. Great location! Located in the city center, within walking distance of all famous attractions. Next to the shopping center and Times Square, with a wide variety of restaurants."
kirkdale crescent ★★★★
Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport ★★★★
"On arrival a lovely clean looking foyer. Found the initial lady behind the desk quite abrupt and not very friendly. The room was the right size for us. It was not the cleanest of rooms with dust and dirt in places. Also the vent leaked water all over my belongings. We did have an issue with the toilet not flushing but someone did come very quickly to fix it. The breakfast was very good and the evening reception was a nice touch, although pretty busy each night and hard at times to get served. The regular airport shuttle bus was very good and prompt."

Fairmont Royal York Hotel
"Totally disappointed. We were visiting my son in Toronto. I stayed with my son. My sister and her friend stayed at Royal York mainly for the location and history. I seldom travel in North America because hotels are just too expensive. I favoured Asia much more. We had lunch at the restaurant. There were 5 of us. Services were very slow. One of us ordered steak and eggs for lunch. Steak came with no eggs. The server brought eggs later with no apology. We ordered coffee. Coffee came with no cream and sugar. Oh well. The final night of our stay i had dinner with 2 of my old friends and we went back to lobby bar to meet my sister for a drink. We were seated and there was no server to be seen. When we raised our concern to the manager Karen, she promptly asked us to leave even though we told her we were hotel guests. She intended to embarrass me in front of my friends. It was a first time I got kicked out of bar without even drinking. So we moved across the street to a nice local bar. We were seated and served a bottle of wine at half of the price. I would like to have Fairmont to provide a response from Karen for the reason for kicking us out. So our destination was Montreal and we chose Queen Elizabeth Fairmont. We learnt from Royal York. We avoided the food and beverage at the hotel. I am a seasoned traveler and a Diamond member at Trip.com. This is probably the worst experience I have had in last 10 years of travelling worldwide. I will definitely avoid Fairmont from now on."
The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto
"I also took my children on a study tour in Toronto during the winter vacation. It was very good in every aspect! I will choose to stay here next time"
Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel
"Beautiful hotel. This is our third time staying here. Staff are professional and courteous, as always. Great amenities, rooms and lake views."
The Omni King Edward Hotel
"Stunning hotel in a great area to explore Toronto. Consort Bar and Victoria Cafe are excellent for food and cocktails. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was clean and extremely comfortable."
DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown
"The room was spacious and generally clean. Had all the basic amenities and stuff that you will need. Location was great too - the hotel was close to eateries (especially Asian food, if that's important to you), and supermarkets. There's also a subway station nearby. So that's covered. The thing that stood out for me was the service level of the staff - friendly, patient, and helpful. It just made our stay more pleasant."
Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel
"I can only say it's in line with expectations, after all, it's Marriott"
Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport by IHG
"Ideal for an overnight stay between flights. Maria at reception was excellent."
Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel
"The hotel was in an excellent location withing walking distance to the City Hall, Eaton Center and other attractions. The Deluxe room had great views of the surrounding buildings. The room needed bit of cleaning which was promptly addressed. The a-la-cart breakfast included in the room rate was very good."
Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
"Good stay with good service. One thing is that it may be noisy at night, the noise cancellation isn’t that strong"
Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre
"The room was average, the cleanliness was average. The facilities were average, but the service was quite good. I originally booked a twin room, but upon arrival I was told there was only one bed and a sofa bed, which was uncomfortable."
Residence Inn Toronto Airport
"The hotel is spacious and hygienic"
Shangri-La Toronto
"The room is old"
Pod-Inn Hotel
"Not the best local for you are tall or have family, it’s an hostel."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites TORONTO AIRPORT SOUTH by IHG
"Recommend! Good value! Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included (loved the cinnamon rolls!!), modern and new hotel design, room was spacious and very clean, daily cleaning provided without request, hotel shuttle to/from airport every 30 mins provided so it was convenient and you can easily connect to the UP train line to get to downtown."
The Westin Toronto Airport
"The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel did not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers, which is the case in foreign hotels. I read reviews before that the hotel did not provide bottled water. This time, the hotel provided bottled water, but I want to say that Canadian tap water is drinkable whether you take it cold or hot."
Chelsea Hotel Toronto
"Great location, and excellent room service."
