Crowne Plaza Toronto - North York
"Staffs are polite and professional. The room is clean , but the only shower tap is not style that I not prefer."
Kimpton SAINT GEORGE HOTEL by IHG
"The room is in a great location, very convenient to the University of Toronto."
Warmwood Stay
"The host was very friendly. We had a late-night schedule and waited until very late to check in before we could finally sleep soundly. The room was clean, making it a good choice for business travelers or those attending trade shows. There are plenty of Chinese supermarkets and restaurants nearby!"
Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
"The condition of the room was excellent, and the staff was amazing. The location was also absolutely excellent."
DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown
"A great location for many of Toronto's tourist spots. Swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."
Skye Hotel & Residences - BW Signature Collection
"Staying in the hotel was fantastic experience . Unfortunately frustrating part of our stay was room service ( room cleaning) . Despite our request for room cleaning service , we found our room was totally dirty . Bed was not properly made up . Outer wise everything is good 😊"
Union Hotel
"Great stay! Very modern and intentionally designed. The heating/ac system is a bit loud when it’s working to get to the desired temp."
Hilton Toronto
"Amazing place, would definitely recommend my friends. We stayed there for few days, great location and awesome staff"
Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel
"What a wonderful, centrally located hotel!!! We had a terrific view of Nathan Philipps Square! The Pool is super too!"

Fairmont Royal York Hotel
"There was no offer to assist us with the luggage and we had to use stairs. Reception was very friendly and gave a quiet room as requested. However the room is far away from the gym and pool. Room is nice but small. The down side of our trip was the room service that did the beds but did not clean up the bar and there was no conditioner top up throughout the stay. Requesting refill etc was quite disruptive to our evening as the staff could not fulfil the requested properly without multiple visits. They have a nice luggage room and allow guest to keep their belongings safely. Generally we had a better experience at the Fairmont in Montréal."
The St. Regis Toronto
"Was in Toronto for a bit of biz and a bit of a family holiday. Great location, decent sized rooms and amazing service! Full marks to the crew!"
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto
"Room size is standard. For a five-star hotel, the facilities are simple, the service is poor, and the cleanliness is disappointing. I woke up early to make coffee before I started making it, and found that there were coffee stains on the side of the cup. The room service was perfunctory. I called a manager, who must have been there. He was extremely impatient and left with a cup. Not a word of apology. The spa is at your own expense and the swimming environment is pretty good. Breakfast is at your own expense, too little. I won’t go there again next time, it’s such a good location for nothing."
Park Hyatt Toronto
"Amazing stay. Loved it"
Bisha, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Toronto
"Good hotel"
Chelsea Hotel Toronto
"We appreciate this hotel accept cash deposit and refund immediately at check out."
Novotel Toronto North York
"A bit dated infrastructure but location wise it is not bad"
Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto
"⭐ 1 Star – Unacceptable service, inconsistent explanations and poor management My experience at the Great Canadian Casino Resort Hotel was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I left my room in the morning, and when I returned, it had not been cleaned at all. Towels were still all over the floor, the bed was untouched, and nothing had been cleaned. The only thing that had changed was that two bottles of water were left behind, which clearly shows that staff did enter the room but chose not to clean it. When I reported this at the front desk and showed photos, the initial response from the staff member was that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Shortly after, this explanation suddenly changed to claiming that I had refused housekeeping service, which is completely false. I never refused anything, and I did not even see or speak to housekeeping at any point. This level of inconsistency is extremely concerning and gives the impression that staff are simply making up explanations to avoid responsibility. After this, I had to wait for quite some time for the manager. Eventually, Carlos / Carlo arrived, the front desk manager on April 2nd around 11:15 PM, and his attitude was unfriendly, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, he repeated the claim that I refused service and said they would “investigate,” without offering any immediate solution. When I pointed out that resolving guest issues is literally his responsibility as a manager, he still failed to act. What should have been their problem became mine. This is not just poor service, this is a complete failure in management and these kind of “managers” never should become managers! A housekeeping mistake can happen. However, lying about a guest, shifting blame, and refusing to take responsibility at a management level is far worse. That is what truly made this experience unacceptable. It is honestly a huge shame for the owners of this beautiful resort. They have clearly invested a significant amount of money into building something impressive, but placing the wrong person in a management position completely undermines that effort. That is incredibly unfortunate. The only positive note is that the night housekeeping staff member, Francis, was kind, helpful, and professional. He brought towels and genuinely tried to assist, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, due to the poor handling, lack of accountability, and unprofessional management, I would absolutely not stay here again and strongly advise others to reconsider."
Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport by IHG
"The location is good. But we got an old room with lots of noise from the pipe at night."
Holiday Inn Express TORONTO-NORTH YORK by IHG
"I could not have asked for a better location for our needs. I felt safe being right beside a police station, which was very reassuring. From the start, I was warmly greeted, and I even received a call within about 10 minutes of checking in to make sure everything was going well, which was a nice touch. The deposit was affordable and they did not ask me to sign a waiver for it, which I appreciated as it kept the check-in process simple. I was able to use a luggage cart to bring all of our bags and cooler up easily, and the elevator made it very convenient. There was plenty of space in the room to organize our things, and it was helpful to have a refrigerator for food and drinks. The bed was comfortable, and although I could hear my neighbour at times, I was still able to sleep well. I also enjoyed the clean pool area, which was well maintained. Breakfast was spacious with a good variety of options, making it an easy and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location with thoughtful service and good amenities."
The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto
"Very comfortable and housekeeping is very good. The down stair LANO restaurant is the best place to have a cup of coffee, there are all kind and nice waitresses and waiters. The TOCA restaurant offers the best breakfast options in everyday. It’s a great 8days staying memory."
Courtyard Toronto Downtown
"The room is ok and the hotel was located in a nice position, the overall experience is good"
The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto
"Lovely hotel and great location and view. The bathroom in the room we were in had a broken bath tub plug and the shower also did not work properly."
Shangri-La Toronto
"The location is located in the city center, which is very convenient, but there are few good restaurants. It is a good choice for family visits."
InterContinental Hotels TORONTO CENTRE by IHG
"Everything is just fine. Good location, good services and good food."
Toor Hotel Toronto, Part Of Jdv By Hyatt
"Amazing location & room interior; room size just a tad small but value for price. Staff did the best they could to meet my needs, even though there were slight delays, but they were not bad enough to ruin the experience."
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Downtown
"Awesome breakfast. I enjoyed my time."
Revery Toronto Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton
"Very modern, clean, and right in the core of downtown. I also liked that they immediately checked in via Text Mesaage and that was the main/easiest form of communication. Got an amazing deal on trip.com, about $100 cheaper than what they were charging at the front desk. I gave the amenities 3/5 just because there's no pool or extras in that way. But overall was a great hotel and I'd definitely go back."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport
"Spacious room, even with 2 x double beds, still have lots of spaces to walk around, a small kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, 3-seated sofa and also a proper office desk for work ! Amazing setting! Buffet b’fest with lots of selection, even a chef there be there making omelet ! Details as having take-away cups for guests to bring back their coffee or tea ! Very caring! Also 24x7 airport shuttle bus service, very good services."
Samesun Toronto
"Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Beds are a bit squeaky so they can be a bit noisy at times. Curtains are loosely hung so not much of privacy. The rest is all good."
