After a busy workday, the exceptionally comfortable bed and great pillows ensured a perfect night's sleep. The location is an absolute plus. The hotel is very close to the city center, and with the main railway station right in front of it, it is incredibly accessible and convenient. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"

We were able to cook simple meals like at a resort, so we bought kimchi and Shin Ramyun at a Walmart about a 10-minute drive away and cooked it, and it was so delicious! The breakfast served in the morning was tasty, and there is a social hour from 5 PM to 7 PM on Mondays through Wednesdays where you can enjoy snacks and wine, but unfortunately, our schedule always ended late so we couldn't take advantage of it, which is a shame. Also, it was nice that we could get tea and coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day!"

The only plus side, the staff were generally very nice/helpful."

In particular, the reception team and the café staff serving breakfast provided outstanding hospitality. Bar 45 also exceeded our expectations with exceptional service. Overall, the customer service was truly top-notch. What unfortunately disappointed us was the condition of the hotel itself. It feels as though the property has not been significantly updated since the 1970s. The old doors, outdated furniture, worn carpets, and poor lighting in the lobby create a sense of discomfort rather than luxury. This is definitely something that needs attention, as the current condition and renovation standards do not match the level and reputation of the hotel."

"Maple Grove Cottage was amazing! The host Jason was very kind and checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and could get into the place alright. I even lost one of my shirts in a shared laundry room and he found it almost immediately after I told him. The location can't be beat, being anywhere near Ossington is always a treat. Tons of great food and drink options around and a big park to wander through with your morning coffee. The rooms themselves were not anything super fancy but they were clean and very homey ♥️. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."
