Amazing
GGuest UserBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

VVivian Dewi ShenRequested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.

GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The hotel facilities were in excellent condition and added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

AAnonymous UserOverall, it was a great stay with excellent value for money, and the room was clean. It's very close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive. The only downside was waiting for the shuttle at the airport for half an hour, but it never showed up.😹

AAlanSpivackA great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

YYouyudeshunzhiyuanweijiThe room was spacious with a great view and a convenient location, within walking distance to the Eaton Centre and Union Station, surrounded by major corporations like KPMG. The deposit was refunded quickly; the pre-authorization was released instantly upon check-out, unlike other hotels in North America where it can take up to two weeks.

XXuhaoyuThe hotel is located near College Station, which makes transportation incredibly convenient – the location is pretty good. Room cleanliness was average, but the facilities are quite old. The downside is the soundproofing is really poor; I frequently heard noise. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible and often wouldn't connect. Breakfast options were standard and didn't change daily, but it tasted pretty good. Overall, the hotel service was quite thoughtful.

YYouaiyourenThe hotel offers an airport shuttle service every 30 minutes, though it's less frequent compared to nearby hotels like Holiday Inn. Check-in is only available after 3 PM, and the rooms are quite small, so you'll have to wait if you arrive early. The breakfast restaurant is an independently run operation, not managed by the hotel, and costs $30 per person, which isn't great value for money. Despite being 7 km from the airport, the hotel is directly under a flight path, so the noise from planes taking off and landing is very loud. Light sleepers should definitely take this into consideration. Dining options around the hotel are limited (mostly pizza), but there's an excellent Japanese restaurant just across the bridge, about a 12-minute walk away, or one stop on the 300 bus.

GGuest UserAlthough the breakfast was small, it had the usual foods and fruit, and I finished off with a coffee, which filled me up! They had shampoo and conditioner, but I don't think they had toothbrushes!
