I was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

Room was large and beds were comfortable. Thermostat did not work, we could only control temperature by turning it on or off. This caused us to get up several times during the night to regulate our room temperature. Bedrooms tv was disconnected. Shower had poor water pressure. Hot tub area was unclean. Biggest complaint would be the morning breakfast. Clearly the pancakes and the eggs came from packages. The pancakes were dried out and crispy around the edges, and the eggs were premade and processed. Home fries were stale and seemed old. Poor selection of food. Breakfast around the corner at McDonalds would have been of higher quality.

MichelAzar Lifestyle Vacation Club De La PieuvreThere was a constant noise coming from the toilet that prevented us from getting any rest. Even though a technician came, he couldn't fix it. However, everything else was fine. We had a good stay!

Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value for money, and the room was clean. It's very close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive. The only downside was waiting for the shuttle at the airport for half an hour, but it never showed up.😹

Guest UserCame to Toronto for a conference and booked this apartment a few days in advance. It wasn't cheap and didn't include breakfast, but I chose it for its proximity. I didn't have high expectations, but after checking in, I felt it was excellent value for money. It's on the 44th floor, the highest level with a balcony, and the sky is directly overhead – the view is perfect! I just felt the safety could be a bit better, as it's completely open.

Guest UserExcellent location just steps from King subway station and a short walk to Union Station. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed and an amazing view (from top floor tower room). Bathroom was a bit tight.

Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained and the environment is very good. What was unexpected was the extremely unfriendly attitude of the front desk staff. At first, I thought they were unfriendly because my booking was from Trip.com (meaning I couldn't earn IHG member points), but after staying, I realized the front desk simply had poor service awareness.
I came to Toronto for a game on the 20th. I arrived at the front desk at 2 PM, but the room wasn't ready, so I stored my luggage and checked in at 11 PM. The next day, I left at 10 AM and returned at 11 PM to find the room still hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk to complain, and an Indian man gave a perfunctory response and then hung up on me, which infuriated me... I called the front desk again, and an Asian woman answered. She was still perfunctory but eventually agreed to send towels and drinking water to the room. Traveling all this way and paying a high price for such an experience has really soured my impression of Toronto as a city. IHG, goodbye.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

The location of the facility was very good.
It was too hard to get the key to check in and park, and the explanation was not sufficient.
It was not easy to return the key when checking out.
