Very sustainable hotel😂I forgot to bring toothpaste. I called and they said they didn't have any. The price of $650CAD+a night. Bottled water was also charged $7. There were no amenities but there was an Amenity Fee of $29 a night..1.5 languages The service attitude was OK. The gym had no view. The swimming pool was only open for a few months in the summer. The rooftop bar was also closed due to recent maintenance. The price for two breakfasts booked on Ctrip was actually a $60 breakfast credit per day. The price was a bit expensive. The actual meal cost $60 per person. The excess and tax had to be paid extra. The taste was average.

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water is a bit cold.

Don't fall for the castle-like photo on the cover – that's Casa Loma, not the actual hotel! I was completely misled by that picture! The real hotel entrance is tiny, and the facilities are seriously outdated. There's no water or coffee machine in the room either! Seriously, don't trust that cover photo! It's completely inaccurate.

The location is excellent, it's a boutique hotel with a retro vibe, renovated from a 100-year-old building. The lobby is small but very charming and beautiful. For a city center hotel, the room is quite spacious. Our twin-bedded king room was right above Yonge Street, but surprisingly, this section doesn't have much bus traffic, so it was pretty quiet at night. The breakfast was fantastic, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included. It's not a buffet; you order à la carte from a menu, and each dish is made fresh. Absolutely delicious! The coffee and hot chocolate are also freshly prepared. Honestly, I haven't had such a refined breakfast in North America in a long time. Just for the breakfast and the location, it's totally worth it.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

Everything was great – 5-star standards, breakfast, ambiance, and facilities. The only downside was the excessive noise. It even has a Starbucks and a swimming pool downstairs! I'd still choose to stay here again next time!!!!

This hotel has a very average service attitude. When I called, the operator told me there was no nighttime airport shuttle. The front desk told me they had 24-hour service, so I had to pay an extra 20 or 30 Canadian dollars for the taxi. Many foreigners do things without a sense of responsibility.
